I think my issue lately is that it is too Hot outside for me to be active. I go to the gym 3 days a week, but that only keeps at this level. I used to work outside in the yard, garden, workshop, etc, but this year I can't take the heat. I am so looking forward to Fall.4 -

I get what you mean. It has been so hot in St. Louis that when it goes down to 93 degrees we think it’s great weather! 🙄

I would like to think that the loss was due to my diligence with exercise and tracking, but to be honest it isn't. It is only due to lack of appetite, due to the loss of a dear friend of mine, she was like a sister to me, we knew each other for 30+ years. She battled hard against cancer for the past 2 years, and unfortunately she lost. This truly hurts so much, so I have been quiet and not posting, I know that you will understand.6 -
