@minstrelofsarcasm I'd like to change my weigh in to Saturday instead of Sunday then. Would that work better?
Our week runs Sunday - Saturday. So, if your weigh day is Sunday, you weigh in at the beginning of the week, and you have until Saturday to get your weigh-in posted. If your weigh day is Saturday, you MUST post on Saturday or else your numbers do not count.

We had friends visiting this week and had a switch from our normal eating habits. I think this is mostly water weight from salty foods. Hope to see a big drop next week.4 -

Grr. I have my doubts I actually gained four pounds this week because, you know lots of salt and, as Ashley, a booster a few days ago, but still, this is getting ridiculous. I'd been taking a stimulant to counter the utter exhaustion at the beginning of the summer. In Aug, I was back to waking up at normal times but having trouble staying asleep so I quit taking it. It also acts as an appetite suppressant and suddenly, I was eating everything (not that it really helped w loss) again.
At the beginning of Sept, I thought, well, maybe I should give it another go ... Nope, no sleep and crabby mean. So I need to deal with this snacky all the time, which is probably stress induced.
As for the stress, there is no end in sight. well, maybe November. Maybe. A couple months ago I momentarily lost my mind and volunteered to present at our annual conference (which I never have time to attend because it falls in one of our busiest months). So, in addition to all the normal insane, a long list of tutorial updates, the new crazy for training accounts and such...I have to prepare a presentation. Less than a month away. And I keep getting calls because people cannot freaking read directions.

That was the loss I needed - I knew I had to be due a big loss, as I hadn't been able to eat for a few days and I has still been sticking with my step goals. So pleased with this week result. Hoping to just maintain next weigh in to ensure this is real loss.

What are you doing to make this week a bit better than last? Personally, I'm not eating any snack foods straight out of the bag - it MUST go into a bowl, and I can only put one serving into the bowl at a time.3 -
Got on the scale this AM and was up from the last time I weighed in 🤦🏻♀️ ughhh…. So I’m working reeling it in!!!

I love the snacking idea! I’m going to the market and prepping my meals tonight and tracking everything lol that snacking here and there is what got in this situation now lol

Yup am in.
I am not going to snack anything processed and up my running intensity
I need to break my 200 - 210 lbs plateau.

I need to take a break for a couple weeks. Starting a new chemo regimen Friday and unsure what the effects are. I am under 150 so have lost a couple more pounds I will log it on Thursday and then see what happens with the new routine.5
