 Have fun with the bingo! Cardio squares can not be combined. Some squares require several days to complete. It starts tomorrow, September 25th.

 Try to get as many squares done as possible. We usually let everyone when we get a line. Horizontal, vertical or diagonal

 Weigh-in Day: Monday (Sep 26, 2022)

 The yo-yo results (from prior weeks) are due to being out of town over the weekend. Susan and I took the other kids up to the Ohio State - Wisconsin football game (to see their other brother & sister) so meals on the road, garbage food at the stadium and rich food at the restaurants. I tried to 'moderate' within reason but even that wasn't enough to overcome the sodium bombs of having 3 meals out for 2.5 days. Oh well, I do expect an equal drop by next Monday as I'll be back to a 'normal' schedule.2

 I am a yo yo dieter but as I get older my goals have shifted a bit. I still, of course hope to reach my goal weight but I no longer will do it as quick as I can at any cost. I want to develop healthy habits that become my “normal” lifestyle. I struggle most with food. I love junk food.
 I look forward to getting to know everyone.
