    PW: 188.9
    CW: 191.3
    LTD: +2.4 lbs

Gained weight this week. :( According to MFP, I am suppose to eat 1400 a day. So....this week I did just that on most days. I gained weight. so I'm going back down to eating my 1200 calories a day. So I will lose the weight that I gained this week. om0o4m4ndv3r.jpg

    I’m back after a month’s hiatus.

@cre804 Are you ready to come back from the support group to active status? Do you have a weight from approximately a week ago. I'll need a start weight...or do you want to use today as start and weigh in next week? Let me know.
    Jessica

Yes, I’m back home now. Unless it messes up your spreadsheets then I could wait til next month. My weight from a week ago (Sep 30) was 194.0.

So sorry I'm so late with this. Being out of town three long weekends in a row has really thrown me off my game. Not sure if you still need all my steps, but here they are along with my late weigh in.

We are home for a while so I should be pretty consistent going forward.

    Steps:
    9/22 7,931
    9/23 14,929
    9/24 21,021
    9/25 13,172
    9/26 6,570
    9/27 6,513
    9/28 8,721
    9/29 9,722
    9/30 5,492
    10/1 11,193
    10/2 8,205
    10/3 12,672
    10/4 10,716
    10/5 5,717
    10/6 6,294
    10/7 10,941
    10/8 10,941

    Weigh in
    Friday (missed by 2 days)
    PW: 161.0
CW: 164.5 (the price I pay for 3 over indulgent weekends in a row.) I think a good portion of this is water but we shall see next Friday. Time to reel it back in.

No problem @cre804, I've put in the request, but before we could get you moved back to active, I had to plug in a starting weight. I'll use the 195.5 as your start weight and you can weigh in on Friday. Welcome back!

Hi @alleykat69 yes, just post your steps here every few days and I'll keep you up in the chart. I need your first name for the chart and your daily step goal for the spreadsheet. Where's your favorite place to walk this time of year? Thanks! Go ahead and send me any steps you had for Oct 2nd-8th as well...

Good luck in the marathon! @SavageMrsMoose I love that you're both training and setting goals together, although you're in different places. That's awesome! What a great idea to do this together!!

I thought I was being uber diligent with the count and then I totally skipped 10/7.

    10/7 7,228
    10/8 10,941

    Sorry.

Yes, I'm going to stay at 8,000 this week. Now that I'm home for awhile, I wanna lock in 8,000 this week then increase it next week.

    Thanks

Good evening MFP. sorry ive been quiet. Last week was busy trying to finish up at the school and transition to my other job. Im being signed up as a sub nurse at the school to held the other nurses out, but dont care to do the admin any favors, not one even bothered to say by🙄 which I expected but just goes to show how under appreciated I was there. Anyways so far so good with the swich, I plan to get up at 5am to workout in the morning and start getting fit again

Good morning Shape Shifters. Not much going on here. Sunday was laundry day but otherwise not really interesting. Yesterday I got some groceries. I 'discovered' a protein quark which only has 118 calories and 4 grams of sugar per small container, but a whopping 23 grams of protein. So I will be adding that to my food a few times times a week. It is really tasty too. I requested a new address from postcrossing and I got someone in Japan which was fun. The puzzle I am working on at the moment is by a Japanese artist, so I wrote about that and posted the card in the afternoon. Speaking of the puzzle, it has been going really slow, but I finally made some good progress yesterday and I will finish it today. I also sorted out some administrative things I kept forgetting about, so now I don't need to worry about that anymore. Happy Tuesday everyone <3
