It's a nice chilly (48f) early Sunday morning in Southern California. We are finally over our long heatwave, and I am now loving the cooler days, definitely time for some extra layers!
I am feeling guilty for not posting here, or staying accountable. I have had some extra work projects to deal with, and instead of trying to keep up with balancing work out with some self-care, (AKA getting my morning walks in), I have let it consume my time. This is not a healthy way to go about life.
So time to take more charge of my own health. I will be taking a nice walk this morning, soon as the sun comes up and takes some of the chill off.
