I do not want to get up to 200lbs again, need to stop this in it’s track. Have been lax in quantity and quality of my food and schedule more time for exercise. It’s been so hard to get motivation to do anything with the winter weather,

I am officially going to be a lump for a few days. Was driving to my friends house 40 minutes away on country roads, hit some gravel or something, over compensated and ended up on the other side of the road in a ditch. My car is fine, just some very minor cosmetic damage on one side. I'm pretty much fine just sore. Never been an accident or anything similar before and am still a little freaked
I have still thinking about about what adjustments I need to make to get back on track. I need to stop thinking about it and just do it but it's not going to be this week
