Think I'm at a weight loss stall, weight went up to 240.2 on Wednesday but it's back down to 238.6, it's been yo-yoing at 238.6-238.2 the last few days. Might be my water intake, I've been struggling to get 8 cups a day, it's been more like 4 cups.2 -

From my experience Iβm thinking it could be your salt intake. I drink a gallon of water a day and my weight fluctuates and stalls like that. Hopefully you will break that stall period soon.2 -

Goals/Day/Comments: I had a couple of nice walks in Golden Gate Park this morning, between which I did a little tai chi with several groups of people in the Music Concourse that sits between the de Young Museum and the California Academy of Sciences. I wanted to visit Stow Lake and Strawberry Hill, but I didn't have the time. I got turned around on my first walk, so after tai chi, when I thought I was returning to my car on the street north of the park (Fulton), I was actually walking away from my car to and on the street south of the park (Lincoln). That made for a 3-mile detour, which would have been fine except my brother was waiting for me to pick him up at the UCSF Medical Center. π€·ββοΈ3 -
