Good evening everybody. I hope you all had a lovely holiday, however you celebrate. I had a good few days until a water line decided to flood my kitchen/pantry/garage on Christmas Day. So, now I’m dealing with insurance and everything that goes along with that. Hopefully things move quickly and are covered! I’m off of school this whole week, which is nice…but I’m working at the vet clinic for a few days (which I’m excited about), but it does take away from rest time lol. That’s ok, though. I love being at the clinic, working with a former teammate that I love with the animals, so I’m happy. I also made sure that it’s not my whole break. So, I will get rest time!

    My numbers:
    PW: 174.6
    CW: 175

    Steps:

    12/19: 5,255
    12/20: 2,317
    12/21: 3,626
    12/22: 1,718
    12/23: 2,671
    12/24: 7,452
    12/25: 4,536
    12/26: 2,312

I hope you all have a good week!

Yikes! I guess a little too much celebrating with family and friends the last 2 weeks. Oh well - this is why we have New Year's Eve resolutions right?

Merry Xmas everyone. I missed my weigh in on Saturday and forgot on Sunday too. Can I just skip this last one and weigh in on next Saturday?

I did manage to get to the gym on Xmas Eve and did yoga + bodypump. Then went for a hike with my mother in law yesterday. But oh I have eaten so much.

Yes, I will mark you as excused.
Apologies for my absence! Christmas is a hard time for me, my wedding anniversary was on Christmas eve. Only got to celebrate one anniversary as my husband passed away from leukemia. I hate excuses! What's done is done. I've binged on carbs for 5 days and ended up 10lb heavier! I'm hoping it's mostly water weight! Back on track and will weigh in this Friday

Hope everyone has been having a good Xmas xx

No need for apologies. Glad to know you are ok. The binge is behind you. I am sure it’s bloat from all the carbs.

I hope everything had a wonderful Christmas. We are celebrating today. My sister had surgery on the 23rd so we pushed everything ahead one day. Lol got all my food logged ahead of time so I shouldn't have any issues overeating.

Hope you enjoyed your Christmas dinner. You are always on point with your eating.

Hi Everyone! My name is Rhonda! I live in San Angelo, Texas! Married to a 6’4” brainiac who is very supportive of my weight loss journey. I have been trying to lose weight since 2015. 🙄 I turn 65 in March and would like to stop trying to lose weight and actually do it and maintain! Hopefully with accountability, it will happen. I have two problems…I do well until March and my birthday triggers my sweet tooth and my other problem is once I reach a healthy weight I can’t maintain it. I broke my ankle on November 30th and I’m in a boot until March and can’t drive. My husband is going to get me to the gym so I can at least do upper body workouts. It’s going to be a challenge right now but I can’t put it off anymore! Thank you for including me in your group and I look forward to getting to know everyone!

Not sure if I will get to the pool today. My granddaughter stayed over last night and we are taking her shopping to use her gift cards. I am having a hard time getting back into intermittent fasting. I ate breakfast every morning while I was away and now I am starving in the morning. Any suggestions?

Nice weather! It feels like -16C here today. I don’t do baking but I am going to try some no knead bread next week.

Great plan @lindamtuck2018! I made a batch of cinnamon biscuits yesterday. Warmed up the house, filled the house with good smells, and tasted good! 👍

I love cinnamon biscuits. Problem is I won’t be able to stop eating them.

We have Turtles, Baked Goods, Chocolates etc. When I first started back in Feb this would have driven me insane. Now, there's zero temptation whatsoever. I'm so focused right now on finishing my weight loss. Nothing can break me now, especially cause I'm so close to my goal.
