    Goals/Comments: I've been down since Saturday issues from my heart failure condition 😒 Yesterday had a follow-up with my Cardiologist and she gave me permission to restart my Exercise regimen just make sure my HR doesn't go above 145 and pay attention to my body. I am so excited. I missed my Zumba Chair Workout

    I’m going up to NY for my nieces baby shower this weekend. I will weigh in fri morning before I leave. Not looking forward to the drive, but looking forward to seeing my sisters and nieces.

    Steps 🚶🏾‍♀️ 5,185 (change my goal Wednesday to 4,000 instead of 3,000 but if I keep hitting 5,000 3 days in a role I'm gonna move it up🤞🏾🤞🏾)

    Goals/Comments: got my cortisone shots in both knees boy I forgot how those suckers hurt unfortunately it's taking a lot longer for the pain to go away so I am just going to relax today and make a early night of it but hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to get my Zumba Chair exercises on.
