Goals/Comments: I've been down since Saturday issues from my heart failure condition 😒 Yesterday had a follow-up with my Cardiologist and she gave me permission to restart my Exercise regimen just make sure my HR doesn't go above 145 and pay attention to my body. Goals/Comments: got my cortisone shots in both knees boy I forgot how those suckers hurt unfortunately it's taking a lot longer for the pain to go away so I am just going to relax today and make a early night of it but hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to get my Zumba Chair exercises on.1 -
