            Friday weigh in:
 PW 212
 CW 210.1
Maybe next week I can break into that next decade.
Don’t know how you all do it with that crazy extreme cold. We are just at single digits and I’m freezing. My house is so cold. Heat pumps are not great with temps below 40°F
I’m not sure what my No Zero is today. I may have to go with checking in here.
 @conleywoods Winnie’s adorable.

            I'm going with Thursday's weight: 193.8 lbs
Slight gain but I figured that would happen. I'm going to keep up my good habits and work harder on my portion sizes.4

            Good morning WaistAways!
PW: Feb 1st was 176.5, unless you need last Saturday, which was 176.8
 CW: 175.6
I need to change my weigh in day to Saturdays, I think. Fridays are just always higher than Saturdays, because I can sleep in on Saturday mornings.
Hi, I'm Christina, 34, in VA, I love pole dance and chair acrobatics, and I'd love to get to 160 this year. It seems like such a small goal, but every weight "decade" accomplished for me is hard after 180, and I definitely don't want to deprive myself too much to get there by an arbitrary deadline.
So my loss is meant to be slow, or rather, I'll see a lot of up-and-down trending down.
The last two nights I went to the gym, and I'm feeling it this morning. Woke up with a headache, so probably didn't drink enough water last night, and it shows in my weigh in.
 Have a great day, everyone!7

Another week where I started off strong - logging, posting, water, etc and then everything went to pot by Thursday.
Work stress is off the charts and I am finding I am mentally exhausted and emotionally drained these days. I am not looking forward to tomorrow's weigh-in.
We have a busy weekend ahead but it includes some fun - hosting 6 of my daughter's friends for a little party tonight and "decorating" a a co-worker's office as a prank. Plus errands and chores. I need to make a plan for next week in there for sure.
Hope those of you dealing with extreme cold fare OK. Sending warm thoughts!

Sigh. I’m not sure why I have gained weight. My steps don’t include my hiit or weight training. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong 5 5

Don't be discouraged! Some experimentation with food can often make the difference once you figure out what balance works best for you. And please include your minutes of weight training, hiit, and any other intentional exercise you do. @ashleycarole86 makes nifty translations into steps so that all your activity counts. It is fun for us to see what you're doing, too
Update! Your last week weigh-in was 161 as well - so you did not put on a pound this week!5

Sorry I have been AWOL! The extreme cold killed our internet but it is back up now. It has been quite some chilly weather out there. I managed some snowshoeing - ata a much faster pace than usual, but not for as long. My nose got kind of icy, but everything else was warm as long as I kept going. Especially up hill! Tomorrow should be a bit less extreme. I'm still doing a lot more sitting near the woodstove than normal, though. I'm getting through some stuff I have been procrastinating on the computer, but need to get up and move more! My no zero for today will be some Pilates and biking.
You are all doing brilliantly even without my nightly nagging There is a serious swathe of green happening in the spreadsheet this week - well done! There is a serious swathe of green happening in the spreadsheet this week - well done!
Only one more weigh-in to make the week complete:
 @MoStacy hope for news too!
 Keep warm!5

Here's my Garmin info if anyone wants to add me. Hoping to start a friendly step competition for the new week.

I think my weigh in day is Saturday.. but I want to switch it to Friday. It's too easy to forget and then I miss my weekly weigh in.
Hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

That's a great idea! I had moved you to Sunday since that was generally when you were weighing in, but Friday works too.

 A good reminder.5

This past week was not my best and the next week is crazy busy. I was so proud of myself at the beginning of the week because I went for a walk to the workroom when I wanted a snack, but Thurs and Fri I snacked a lot. Yesterday, I sat all day at a cheer competition and then ate chic filet.🤦♀️
My shoulder feels better so I am going to workout and go shopping to meal prep. My family is coming over today to celebrate my dad's birthday.5

Can you tell which days I went to the gym without me telling you above 😂 It is definitely easier for me to get more steps when it's light when I come home from work and can walk outside. Here is to attempting more steps this week!
I tried to click on the stride kick link, but it said webpage not available. I will try again in a bit.3

Love this! This is exactly my motivation - to be able to hike, travel, and do things with my family for decades to come. Congrats!!4

            Happy Friday, Friends!
This week seems to have flown by. I seem to have gone a bit overboard with work resulting in me feeling totally exhausted yesterday. Today has been better and I won't be working this weekend at all (I often sneak in a couple of hours as I'm paranoid about getting everything done).
But tomorrow I shall be driving down to London to spend the weekend with my mother. Two of my brothers are also visiting and we are going out to dinner to celebrate my sister-in-law's birthday.
 Looking forward to it.
And because I will be driving home on Sunday, I will just chillax when I get home. All in all guaranteeing me a work-free weekend. And I definitely need it!
@IDebraK The wedding outfit that your daughter picked out for you looks gorgeous.
Wow @DianaGetsFit512 36 crunches before bed - very impressive!
Super photo of you and Brad @ashleycarole86 ! The first thing that I saw of this picture when I was scrolling was that magnificent azure sky. Gorgeous - makes me long for brighter days, for sure.
 EDIT-I forgot to post this!

We were more awesome than we thought this past week! Well done!
As always, I'm more impressed by winning because of a whole bunch of small losses than by a few really big losers. What a team! We even managed to offset @ashleycarole86 's vacation bonus! We'll make her return the favour after she gets back, eh? It is so good to see you having such a fabulous time, though, Ashley - and I'm sure Brad @bowens1973 is having a great time too!
