    Maybe next week I can break into that next decade.

    Don’t know how you all do it with that crazy extreme cold. We are just at single digits and I’m freezing. My house is so cold. Heat pumps are not great with temps below 40°F

    I’m not sure what my No Zero is today. I may have to go with checking in here.

    I'm going with Thursday's weight: 193.8 lbs
    Slight gain but I figured that would happen. I'm going to keep up my good habits and work harder on my portion sizes.

    I think my weigh in day is Saturday.. but I want to switch it to Friday. It's too easy to forget and then I miss my weekly weigh in.

    That's a great idea! I had moved you to Sunday since that was generally when you were weighing in, but Friday works too.

    Don't be discouraged! Some experimentation with food can often make the difference once you figure out what balance works best for you. And please include your minutes of weight training, hiit, and any other intentional exercise you do. @ashleycarole86 makes nifty translations into steps so that all your activity counts. It is fun for us to see what you're doing, too :smiley:

    Update! Your last week weigh-in was 161 as well - so you did not put on a pound this week!
