    Loss of .9 lbs

    It's a loss. Played ping pong Thursday it was high intensity work out for 2 hours. Next week hoops Tuesday and ping pong Thursday. Thing is I have a hard time sleeping after the high calorie burimg nights. Early work for me next week.
