    Happy Monday (yawn...)

    I worked my side job all weekend, including getting up at 3am this morning to finish a project... ended up with -0- exercise, very few steps. Just going from my desk to the kitchen for snacks! I'm so tired, averaging about 5/hours for the past 3 nights. Back to my regular job today. Hopped up on black coffee... I really need a break! :(

    This is not doing my weight loss journey any good, I stepped on the scale this morning and it is moving in the WRONG direction! :#

    Okay enough of my ranting.

    You all are doing amazing, and you inspire me to do better on the balance thing, which I can't seem to get a handle on. I hope you all have a great day! :)

    I am surprisingly okay accepting a gain this week as I had a lot of tough things and bad news to face this week. Plus, I have lost 6 out of 8 weeks since joining this challenge so only gaining twice in 8 weeks I can handle.

    Sorry about the gain. I played basketball this week and will keep playing each Tuesday. I didn’t play ping pong. My gain is due to fried fish sandwiches ( Ash Wednesday party at work, and Friday) I’ll try and eat baked fish on Fridays as well as start to document my food again.
