I've been strength training and this muscle is weighing more than the fat I think! Short term weight gain but hopefully a long-term loss!
@miroller it's most likely water weight. When you first start weight training your muscles retain water to aid in repair, it's temporary. But it's also why the guys like to pump iron before a hot date, makes their muscles look bigger.1 -

I credit the Fitbit challenge for that so thank you ladies. 🚶♀️ I must say I wasn't ready for that. I used to avg 15-20k steps a day but in the fall work got crazy, then winter, and for the last 5 months or so I've been lucky to get 5k. 😟 Trying to jump right back to what I used to do is tough on this old body. I need to sit down. 😂6 -

I am just thankful for a smll gain.. 32+ hrs ot in 2 wks, no real exercise or even many steps, dinners at 9pm, dr pepper for keeping me awake (can't stomach coffee), little sleep and legs heavier than bricks and no sign of changes. My motto right now.. it is what it is. Thats as much as I can do5 -
