Happy Monday (yawn...)
I worked my side job all weekend, including getting up at 3am this morning to finish a project... ended up with -0- exercise, very few steps. Just going from my desk to the kitchen for snacks! I'm so tired, averaging about 5/hours for the past 3 nights. Back to my regular job today. Hopped up on black coffee... I really need a break!
This is not doing my weight loss journey any good, I stepped on the scale this morning and it is moving in the WRONG direction!
Okay enough of my ranting.
You all are doing amazing, and you inspire me to do better on the balance thing, which I can't seem to get a handle on. I hope you all have a great day!3 -

Sorry about the gain. I played basketball this week and will keep playing each Tuesday. I didn’t play ping pong. My gain is due to fried fish sandwiches ( Ash Wednesday party at work, and Friday) I’ll try and eat baked fish on Fridays as well as start to document my food again.
