Can you tell when I started feeling really bad??
Being sick sucks and it has happened more often than usual in this last year. Just when I was starting to feel a little better... Now I have a giant swollen eye. I felt like I had something in it yesterday and probably rubbed too much and it is all gross and weepy and crusty. And my congestion has now moved into my throat so I'm coughing up junk and my voice sounds awful. Went to urgent care this morning and got threw prescriptions including a few days of Prednisone. Hoping I wake up feeling better and looking better tomorrow!

I fasted over the weekend 88 hours...so easy when hubby is at work....I felt so good that I didn't really want to break it...but I'm not sure if doing multiple days has the benefits I'm looking for.
But....I was thrilled yesterday and today I was still in Ketosis... something I struggled with after I break my fast. I'm really trying to watch my carbs and it has paid off.
I'm in the manifestation phase so for a few days I'll be doing shorter fasts...
But I am going to a longer fast for healing once a month.4 -

I go through periods where I REALLY don't feel like working out but I just make myself go. Just finished going through a period like that very recently. I just didn't want to go for no reason in particular. My upcoming race got me going again. Having a physical goal seems to get me going and right now it's beating my 5km time from a few weeks ago5 -

Wednesday Recap
Rough evening...
I just lost my mind. Dinner was leftovers with controlled portions. Just wasn't satisfied, and then I lost my mind. First a 130 calorie bag of pistachio's. Nope - that didn't do it..2 cups of skinny popcorn ....salt is satisfied.... now want candy. 3 pieces of candy (like a turtle). Ok done...Yikes And didn't get my water in. Hoping for a better day today, definitely NOT a repeat.

Y'all things are rough. I have been sick for a week and just don't feel like I am getting better. I'm eating like crap and definitely can't exercise right now. My voice sounds terrible and I keep coughing up gross stuff. Doing nasal saline rinses, eating herbal and elderberry cough drops. On a round of Prednisone. Antibiotic eye drops and ointment. My nose is so raw from blowing I am coating it in vasoline several times a day inside and out. I just feel pitiful.
We were going to meet a new kitty to adopt last week but I can't be around other ppl right now bc I am so gross so we haven't gone over to meet her yet.
Anyway. Just complaining. Hope it gets better soon.
