Wow wow wow wow!!! What a showing last week! Can we keep up the momentum? What are YOU going to focus on this week?
Personally, I'm trying to focus more on making better choices regarding workday snacks. I've been eating everything I can get my hands on, and that's been adding up. Time to clean out the snack drawer and consider whether I'm actually hungry or if I'm just bored.2 -

Great week for the team!! Well done everyone!
As for my own progress last week:
Kind of surprised with this loss as I haven't been eating as healthy as I normally do (I was away from home most of the week house-sitting/dog-sitting and sort of 'managing' 4 teenagers for my sister), but have been logging and stayed within my calorie and macros goals so that probably matters most.
This week I will focus on eating more healthy (whole) foods, exercise a little more and just keep doing what I'm doing as it seems to still work.

I am a bit discouraged. I started being active on MFP in the last few weeks and joined this group to help motivate me on this journey. Just as i get excited and motivated, I end up in the hospital with excruciating abdominal pain. A large cancer appearing mass was found in my uterus. They were unable to remove the mass as it is attached so they took some biopsies. I am now awaiting for results so we can discuss how to proceed. I didn’t eat a lot but am pumped with fluids which i am assuming has contributed to the large weight gain.
This may be a setback for me, but i am continuing this journey it will just take a little longer.6 -

Crappy step week. I haven't been motivated at all since I started taking ozempic. I called my Dr on Friday and told them I don't want to take it anymore. So hopefully I will start having more energy. I'm sure my weight will start going back up but I am going to try my best to eat healthy. The smell of food this week is still making me sick so not sure how long it will take to be out of my system. Hopefully soon because I would also like to make less trips to the bathroom.0

Way to go! That's a big drop!
Are you planning to join the step challenge this month? All you have to do is post your steps for the prior week by Tuesday pm, ( I'm flexible and don't do the rankings until late Weds, tho). For example, last week's steps (Sun April 30-Sat May 6) get posted by today/tomorrow.GarysGirl78 wrote: »GarysGirl78

And had a pretty big drop, too. I really like the meme. Raccoons amuse me. I mean, they're jerks, but they are funny and cute while being jerks.
Congrats to all the losers this week. It is so weird to call people losers in a good way .1 -

Totally back-tracked last week. I was dealing with some ankle/Achilles issues so exercise was almost non-existent and I disregarded my calorie deficit. Pretty disappointed because I had hoped to lose a little more before Mother's Day, but it's okay, at least I am extra motivated this week!4 -

2 plateau after losing so much last week. I am still counting all my calories, eating healthier, drinking all my water and fitting in workouts when I can, so I know the lbs will start coming off again soon. Not sure if there will be any loss this week, but I took my measurements since it had been 2 weeks and I have lost several inches in places, including 3 inches around my waist. This non-scale victory helped to keep me motivated today before my weigh in day tomorrow. All this work is paying off, even if the scale isn't showing it yet!
Keep up the good work everyone!4 -

A loss is a loss. Made it through the week two slump, hopefully week 3 shows a bigger loss. I will keep counting calories. My sleep has improved according to my Fitbit app, so that is a nice no scale victory.5 -
Another NSV!!
Been in an audit all day at work, so this morning I had to dress nicely I decided to try on a pair of trousers (dress pants) I hadn't been able to fit into for about 2 years and they fit like a glove now yay

Good morning/afternoon all....
Been a busy morning...got up, did a 25 minute yoga video off YouTube and quickly made breakfast which I brought along with me. Dropped my daughter off at work and then ate breakfast in the parking lot. Went to the dollar store, dropped by the doctor's office to give them my blood pressure log from the last week and have some lab work done. Then to the grocery store.
NSV- bringing my breakfast with me and not making a trip to the fast food place for breakfast!
Here's my weigh in for this week:

I should add…I had some NSV’s this week. Tried on skinny clothes and more fit this week than last, my butt looks cute in my little workout shorts, and I’m frugal but I threw out poison foods in the pantry (Mrs. Buttersworth, Kraft Ranch dressing, BBQ sauce). There is more to go but small bits at a time is all my frugal brain can handle.4

Sorry for how long it took to get this up. My week has been a bit cray. All of our bolded steppers set a goal and met it, based on their average steps per day!
That puts us solidly at over a half million for our first week. Welcome to our three new step team members @GarysGirl78, @dwalms, and @Kykybinford! If I missed anyone, please let me know!
Nice walking!! Keep it up!3 -

A small gain this week but I'm really not surprised after losing more than usual for last 2 weeks in a row. This is how it seems to go lately.
Going to Boston tomorrow with my daughter and grandsons and, while I know there will be a lot of walking, I won't have time in the morning for my usual workout. We will also be eating on the fly for both lunch and dinner so my goal for the day is to eat at or below maintenance.
Have a great week everyone!2 -

@melaniedscott I wasn't sure how to indicate my step goal so I did it as shown above, but I see I probably didn't do it properly? How should I register my step goal for the weekly step challenge?
Sorry, I'm new to this all, I'm aware I'm asking a lot of questions1
