Water aerobics today was fun. It is getting better and better for me. I had to get in the bed and take a nap the first two days. Today was the third day and I can truly say I feel so much better. I don't feel like I need that nap. Yay!!

I've been a bit anxious lately (which is a horrible feeling) but it does help me lose weight because when I'm anxious I don't feel like eating. I got on the scale today and the lower weight did make me feel good. I've been reading the posts and I see a lot of positive activity and wonderful energy from the members on this team. It's so refreshing to read such uplifting information!6

@mkksemail Thank you! Glad they were able to zap those spots and everything else looks good. I'm glad you're considered urgent with the polyp, I'm hoping it's benign and would be nervous too. The 4th challenge is choosing one thing to work on between now and the 4th, pick something and do it with us! I'm so sorry to hear about you losing your Mom not long ago.
@DrewsAnna Logging is a great idea, I think if you're able to see it you know something has to be done soon instead of keeping our heads in the clouds. Sounds like you're doing all the right stuff, keep it up!
@megnolia82 Funny what you said sounds like something that really resonated with me in the forums early on here for me, it was a meme along the lines of "the time is going to pass anyway whether you do something or not so why not make some effort to achieve something you'll be proud of?"
@trooworld Congratulations on your painting, that's wonderful! I'm very impressed you stopped at the grocery store instead of eating fair food, way to go! I'm glad the salads are going over well with your digestion, I know some people have the opposite issue so that's a relief!
@AmbersWay I didn't know that about many Americans moving to Turkey, that's fascinating! Being part Armenian I'm scared to go there but it looks incredible. Your poor pup, hope she's doing better fast! Crazy how bad that can hit with being dizzy and confused from it. Oh no, I hope your son's class is based on a curve if everyone was unhappy. Good luck getting the house situated!
@19shmoo69 Happy National Coffee to you too! I thought yesterday was chocolate ice cream day, perhaps it can be mocha ice cream day? I didn't know you were doing a marathon in a few months, that's wonderful! Let me guess, you'll be drinking lots of COFFEE that day too?
@Bemybestby60 Absolutely adore that meme! Please participate in the group how you feel comfortable, aside of the weigh ins there's really no rules, we want everyone with different personalities and ways of interacting to feel at home here. I have to think I'm only talking to one or two people or I wouldn't be so talkative, I'm more of a wallflower talking one-on-one and my personality loved hanging out with the smokers outside and having a break but no longer smoke.
@tfelts147 You're at that fun place where you're stepping it up with workouts and will probably start seeing improvement pretty fast, can't wait for that to happen for you! You're great with the fasts!
@leonadixon Prayers for your mom, that is a lot in one year, I'm so sorry. Prayers for your family, I hope you're able to stick around and work on your own health but try not to be too hard on yourself right now. Gentle hugs to you.

Hi everyone! Had a fun night with my two friends last night but had a tough time sleeping. I went and helped at the food bank farm greenhouse for a bit then came home and got stuff done and spent time in the yard here. I have a phone appointment early tomorrow I'm stressed about then a friend and I are going to do some shopping. She's making the list of places longer and longer so if it keeps up I may not go, I can't walk much and don't want to go to 10 places. Have a great Friday!

@trooworld Well you could’ve bought ice cream at the store as well, good decisions! I couldn’t sleep from pain and doing the “if I fall asleep now I’ll get three hours before my alarm goes off”. Glad to hear all your tracking is helping you see where the issue is, you got this! Hope you get some good sleep tonight.

Hi gang! I don’t feel good and have the option to go to a classic rock concert in a park-like place but my friend just let me know the disabled parking is taken so I’m going to stay here, I’ve been worse than normal and have the farm and a doctor’s appointment to fill my medications tomorrow before 11 so I should just rest. I’d only get through it with a drink or two and have done good the last couple days staying under. My phone appointment and workout went fine then I went to the store. My friend was just getting in the shower to go shopping at 1:45 so I told her I wasn’t going, it was just to keep her company going to a few places and I wasn’t up for it at that point which is why I go early. Have a great Saturday team!

My 4th of July challenge is to be mindful about eating. I'm not keeping a scorecard, I think I should start. I have been mindful most days. I ask myself if I am hungry before I snack. I try eating carrots for my snack and see if I can avoid more snack. I tell myself to wait 20 more min before eating.
Every morning, I drink coffee.

Sorry I have been MIA lately. Been depressed and haven’t felt chatty. I’m ok, it’s a cycle I have dealt with for many years. It will pass eventually. I’m still doing Keto. Haven’t been walking or going to the gym. Still loosing so not gonna stress about it. I felt better when I was walking daily, gonna try to get back to it, it’s just been so hot. FIL has more tests coming up. His health has declined a little but overall doing well, considering we now have a cancer diagnosis.8

Just want to say a quick hi to all my teammates! Did some gardening today and my husband is making dinner with extra protein something I've been low on. I'm thankful for the structure of this group it's helping me stay on track. Maybe I'll be able to lose the weight and keep it off this time?

@Cornanda I think that’s wonderful, do you ever want to eat even if you realize you’re not hungry? I found myself doing that sometimes, eating stuff like carrots does help because they take awhile and there’s all that chewing.

@askewcr If you’re positive you’re doing good it could be so many things like sodium or hormones, keep up the great work and see if next week is better, if not it’s time to stop and examine things. I love @trooworld ‘s comments on this! Just because the scale is a punk doesn’t mean you aren’t doing awesome!
@trooworld Wow you really needed some rest then! Good luck tracking today, I’m having one of those challenging days tomorrow. It’s depressing to estimate that too since It always seems to be higher than I think when I start.

Good evening friends. Had a tough time sleeping then my ex-boyfriend had posted a stressful message on Facebook regarding his health so I sent him a note then went back to bed and had nightmares about it as he's having a biopsy this week to see if he has cancer. I spent a little time at the farm working on tomato and basil then stopped at the farmer's market and went to my appointment. The PA tried to show me I was exaggerating my herniations by reading them off by levels then said I need to see a neurosurgeon when she saw I hadn't and we weren't halfway at that point (gotta laugh or I'll cry). I see the pain doctor in two weeks as well just had to go for medication refills. I met a friend for coffee then came home and my neighbor who also goes to the farm to help out had texted me offering extra kale and lettuce she had from her house and the farm and told me to come by and get some so I took a bunch of herbs for her and her boyfriend and catnip for her cats. Tomorrow both of my nephews are having a joint graduation party and I’m in charge of salad so I’ll be joining @JessicaKrall8 ‘s new challenge for sure! Have a great Sunday team. Oh I'm up 5lbs too since steroids and a few ice cream trips then not being able to do chair cardio anymore. Wish I could say it's muscle but I can't.
Doing my best on body mechanics, don't really want to go into details but I'm doing what I can.
