UGH. Idk what it is but I am just not doing well with calorie counting right now. I start off good and then later in the day I just don’t care and start eating whatever. Any tips on how to overcome this behavior? I think I may need to start eating smaller more frequent meals so I don’t feel like I’m dying or whatever. Been a little stressed and depressed as well which certainly isn’t helping. Really disappointed I’ve put over 10lbs back on. 😞

Are you keeping a lot of snacks/sweets around the house that you can get rid of?
I have thrown away a lot of chips which are something I tend to snack on a lot but we've been eating out quite a bit and of course those meals are usually 1,000+ calories per meal.The struggle is real. I'm not much of a cook so I feel kind of stuck right now.
When you are eating out look at the menu online beforehand. That way you can find the best choice to make ahead of time. A lot of restaurants have a calorie friendly section.
When I was eating chips more often, I bought the Halloween size bags. My husband put them on a self I couldn’t reach and he was in charge of getting them.0 -

Body composition scale is telling me I am losing fat at slower rate than I am building muscle. Scale shenanigans! My Fat was actually below 100 for the first time ever since buying this scale. So I am actually excited about this weigh in even though I am up 5 pounds.2 -
Hi! Just popping in for a few minutes. We have been busy visiting family the last week. The weather has been damp so I have been experiencing a lot of pain. I will be glad to get home on Friday evening. I have not been eating too bad. We mostly eat our main meal at noon as that’s when my father-in-law eats. I am not moving around much as we are usually sitting with our parents. My Dad had a bad fall just before we came so he hasn’t been feeling well. He landed on his face so he has a concussion and his entire face is bruised. It looks like he has a beard. It’s hard when our parents are aging and start having health issues.
I have decided to weigh in Saturday when i get home and face whatever the scales say. I don’t think it wil be too bad but you never know. 🤷♀️

5km race today is off. Thunderstorms all afternoon. Ended up going on a 7km run this morning by myself.2
