    Do you mean like this?

I wanted to reply to your post, on the bottom of your post you have word: flag quote insightful inspiring like hug

I pressed quote. It displays your wording on top, and I could write mine below.
That's all and just press blue POST REPLY.

You can practice on mine 😁

@adrimango small world! I am from the small town of Richmond in the Southern part of RI. I went to Chariho High School. My parents and sister (with 2 nieces) still live there along with some friends I like to visit from high school. My brother lives outside Boston in Winchester, so I visited him and my 2 nieces there as well.

Today was a good day food wise, however I didn't meet my steps. Work was crazy and then we ended up taking my MIL to dinner for her birthday. I got a strawberry salad which was delicious! I am exhausted and heading to bed super early tonight. Hopefully I can wake up early and go to the gym!

You go @adrimango !! You are on the move

As @strong_fit_ells said, you can put a quote into any message you are writing. You can put several! Start out in the box at the bottom of the screen where it says "Leave a Comment". Then you can just refer to someone by putting the @ in front of their username, and answer them that way. Or if you want to quote their message, leave your comment box open and scroll up to the message you want to answer. Hit Quote and then go back down to your comment and it will be there! You can shorten someone's post if there is only one part you want to answer. Just delete anything you don't want, but be sure to leave the bracketquote=blahblahblah bracket at the beginning and the bracket /quote bracket at the end.

In any case, I'm sure you'll figure it all out over time! It can be confusing at first.

    Weigh in day: Friday

Back to the same number I’ve been stuck at it seems like forever, but I’m optimistic that it will start to go back down again.

Whoever recommended Heather Robertson andHalfSizeMe months ago…thank you… I’m really enjoying her podcasts about how your thinking leads to eating and using what she calls a “paper pencil journal” for tracking instead of calories the
    same day.

Lastly, also months ago someone was going to start using a technology that uses checking your metabolism throughout the day.. might it have been Ashley? How is it going?

No exercise for me yesterday, I got home, let the dogs out, went to my facial appointment, got home and my neighbor was outside, she called me over, asked me to take a package over to the other neighbors because they delivered it to the wrong house... ( she is elderly and has health issues) Anyway, she was having a hard week and started crying, so I chatted with her for quite a while, then thought I was free and went home, not even 10 minutes later she knocked on my door and wanted to talk more..... By then it was 8pm, and I go to bed at 9, so I didn't bother, never got dinner either. In my book, no dinner, makes up for no exercise !

Today is a good day, just super busy !

I know it's only been a few days, but I forgot how great it was to have a community to share with. The Habit Tracker is my new favorite tool - I used to keep track on paper, but this is so much nicer and it's fun to see others mark off their accomplishments as well.

Weekends are normally where I fall off a bit, but I'm hopeful I'll stay on track this weekend as most of my houseguests are gone and I'm slowly getting back to my regular schedule. I seem to be losing quite a bit of water weight this week, but its nice to see the scale moving again. Looking forward to my weigh in on Monday.

Not bad for a week’s worth of dinners out and ice cream from local shops while on vacation.

I’ll share more updates soon but wanted to get my weight in before I passed out from a busy day!

Sorry for the weight red weigh-in!
    CW 196.
No clue how that happened. Hopefully it's just water weight and will disappear by next week. I can't pinpoint anything exceptional I did this week to gain 4 lbs but lots of salty foods were consumed at random points in the week so even my increased fibre wasn't enough.
Starting on next week's success today!

I promise that after the next weekend, I'll be back on my game.

This wedding is going to be what does me in. This past year has been exhausting, but the past 6-8 months have drained me... mentally and financially. I have no idea whether I am coming or going, but I do know that after August 13th, I will be able to breathe ... and buy stuff.

I'm really working on it, be gentle with me. LOL
Sounds like quite the roller coaster ride - and it is coming to a wonderful conclusion soon. I'm glad to tell you that you are 1.6 pounds lighter than your last weigh-ins! You are going, not coming  The breathing will feel amazing, and do not worry if there is a period of let-down after the big event. It is probably inevitable, and nothing to worry about. Share some photos with us when you have a minute! We're right there supporting you, no worries.

What a wonderful day it's been. Just the right combination of breezy warmth with a touch of coolness now that the sun is setting. I love Vermont when it starts to be autumn. I know. It's not *that* close but I can tell it's slowly coming around the bend!
I managed to attend an encouraging speaker meeting at 7:30 a.m. and take the full hour to let the antacid pill do its magic prior to eating brekky with OH. While they went to a horse trial in a town 1 hour north for the day, I got laundry washed and hung out (yes, I still use my beloved clothes-line as often as possible, even in winter!); some pesky vacuuming of high places in the kitchen (cupboard tops and a mostly hidden window); washed the collection of gross, greasy bottles and vases and put into the now open (as in no closed blinds) window sill; ate a decent lunch of freshly cut and cooked tomatoes; protein, and corn-elbows (gluten free has some good choices); rescued the drowning re-potted "prayer plant" from the huge rain storm we had last night, and then did 15 minutes of practice on my new-to-me 3/4 sized guitar (a Baby Taylor 2 for those who may be familiar). I decided to take an online class because I never had the basics and figure it's never too late to catch up on those things I missed the first time around! I talked with a few friends in between these activities, including my wonderful sister, Liselyn.
After typing all that, I realize I'm a bit worn out! OH is back from the horse farm events and cooking some delicious supper including a big batch of kale. Yay! I'll go supervise so it doesn't become "southern kale". For those who don't know, Southern cooking is famous for cooking tougher greens in vats of boiling water with salt pork...for too long to maintain much "green" at all. I prefer bright green kale, thanks!
Enjoy your evening, y'all. (got to practice my Southernese as we're going to visit mom in Matthews from the 17th-21st or so. She turns 93 on the 17th (she kindly shared her natal day with my nephew, Paul.)
    "See" you soon.

Well! I need to clean up my eating act over the next week for sure. I have been indulging in all kinds of things, and the only way that will work is not to have them anywhere available - so I'm back to a grain free week, which will easily eliminate the things that mix with grains to trip me up. I'm not really sure what has pushed me towards more of the things that get into frantic eating, but usually getting grains out of the picture helps them go away. Sugar all by itself is not usually an issue, but as soon as grain and fat mix in there, hooo boy! Control out the window. Even having whole almonds with raisins or something equally indulgent does not spiral out of control, but if the same ingredients are in a cookie, I'm doomed. So yeah. Back on the rails please. I'm adding it to the habit tracker.
