    Lost 4.2 pounds this week!

    I feel like I am finally back on track and doing what I'm supposed to.

    I am so sorry to do this again but I would like to change my weigh-in date to Fridays starting on 8/18/23. I have started a new plan where I count 1496 calories during the week and 1796 during the weekend and would like to weigh myself fairly for those "cheat" days.

    I hope everyone has a great week ahead! I don't think I got the 911 operator position so today I will be applying for other jobs.

    Thank you so much! :D Now I just need to do some research for some easy to make meal prep lunches for 12+ hour shifts. Looking for low cal high volume ideas if anyone has any haha. Thanks in advance!

    Getting ready to go for my pain injections. I started booking them later so I can go to the pool before my appointment but this week they didn’t have any. Next week’s is later and hopefully I can get noon appointments from now on. You can only book 2 week in advance.

    Need to get 4 more days of steps at 4200 to reach my badge.

    I just looked at the August spreadsheet, you put my weight as 317.4 lbs, an increase of (+2 oz) for the second weigh-in, which put me in the red.

    (Bluebabykatz 7 - Sat 324.4 1st 317.2 7.2
    2.22% 2nd 317.4 -0.2 -0.06%)

    However, I actually lost (-4.8 lbs) during the second week. I put my information below for you to see what I had put down Saturday August 12th. Which would actually keep me in the green and not the red. I'd appreciate a correction. I know it was just an oversight.

    I apologize. This makes a big difference as it would have given you second place for weight loss for the week so congrats. I hate when I make an error in the weights. It does unfortunately happen on occasion.
