Going in the right direction but still trying to get back down to 142.2 pounds which is what I was 3 months ago!
Need to lose 2.4 pounds to get back to where I was in May.
Still need to lose 14.4 pounds to arrive at my goal weight of 130.0 pounds.
Down 25.6 pounds from my highest weight of 170 pounds in 2016.

Lost 1.2 pounds! I even went a little over yesterday at a ladies event lol.
Today I am also trying out a recipe for chicken chili I found online. I got everything all calorie counted. Hoping it turns out well!
Awesome loss! How did your recipe turn out? I like trying new recipes. I have had a few disasters. Do you get your recipes from Pinterest?Bluebabykatz wrote: »@lindamtuck2018

Since I won't be posting tomorrow, hope it's okay to post my weight a day early for my official weigh-in. It's only going to be for this week's weigh-in, will go back to my usual weigh-in day next week.
Thank you,
Great loss! No problem posting early.Slimmersixties wrote: »Slimmer sixties

I am lucky to drop half a pound as I overate all last weekend (Fri, Sat & Sun). But I then enjoyed double-classing at the gym during the week and counted all my food on the app to ensure I pulled it back.
I am out today and really need to ensure I make food choices I can calorie count and not go off the rails again. I don’t want to spend the weekends over eating and the week desperately pulling it back 😬
Congrats on the loss! You describe the way my weekends go. I really tried this weekend to be better but we ate out twice on Friday due to my granddaughters birthday. Today we are eating out with my oldest granddaughter. If she picks McDonald’s I will only be having coffee.

This was a more challenging week. Anniversary treats, work and home stress, relational family stuff, and my fitbit died (I have had it for several years - it really didn't owe me anything.) Gotta keep going, but I sure did feel the pull of old habits. It helps to know in the back of my mind that this Saturday weigh-in is coming...

Losing weight with all that going on is awesome. Keep fighting the bad habits. Are you getting a new Fitbit?NouveauRee wrote: »

Slow and steady wins the race. You will get there. I know my weight loss has slowed down. Like you I deal with a lot of health issues which can slow weight loss down.1 -

It wasn’t too bad of a week goal wise. I got to make sure I get those steps. I got my August badge but I want to aim for the 4200 steps. My step goal is 3700 but I am going to increase them in September.
We are off to have breakfast with my oldest granddaughter. I hope she doesn’t pick McDonald’s. 🤢
Have a terrific Sunday! 😀1 -

@lindamtuck2018 Way to go on the badge, Linda!! I said we would cheer - WOO HOO!! 😃
Yes, I will probably get a new Fitbit but not sure which one. Feel very lost without it. Put in a quick order to Amazon for a basic pedometer until I figure out what I really want/need. Should have it by Tuesday.

Thanks. I think I would be lost without my Apple Watch. I switched from Fitbit to an Apple Watch almost 2 years ago. I liked my Fitbits but they kept breaking.0 -
