    I'm dizzy thinking about walking a football field 2237 times. The step team is zizzing along! And congrats to our top 3 losers this week @bowens1973 @wishfuljune and @CupcakeCrusoe - and to the one that got away @IDebraK :heart:

    We're now in the final week of September. Wow. This is the week that new members can sign up to F2F for October :smiley: If you know anyone who is interested or feel like posting this link on any discussion boards, please share freely!

    I think being reflective of your journey is helpful. I am sorry you're feeling so overwhelmed and exhausted with your current state but I do hope you can find your direction. You have done it before and you know how to be successful. You've had a wild ride in your life since I met you and it can be hard to stay focused but I know from your posts here that you want to make the change. I believe in you!

    The weekend was full of adventure. I had a full Friday night of bad choices, but I turned things around Saturday and Sunday. I rode the Peloton for over 75 minutes today. Yay! My football team also won (go Bills). We are about to do a late dinner and get to bed. Brad leaves for another work trip tomorrow... it's becoming the norm! Ack. We do not like it, but what can you do.

    What was everyone's favorite part of the weekend?

    Best part of the weekend? Hanging out with my silly horse, and starting to put my vegetable garden to bed. It's a slog this year, but I got a good start and should be able to finish it up by the end of the week.

    OK - time to think about Monday :open_mouth: Numbers coming in from:
    @CarolAnnM2
    @cleaneater80
    @littlemzkitty
    @adrimango
    @strong_fit_ells

    Thanks!

    My favorite part of the weekend was getting to see my niece, Clover! My husband's sister visited his parents and we were able to swing by and catch up. She will be 2 in November and is a ball of energy!

    Today has been a good day so far! I brought my work out clothes so I can go to body pump after work 😄

    @micki48 I am so not looking forward to menopause. I am 37 and already have dry skin, nose, and mood swings. I hope your symptoms improve as your body adjusts!

    Weekend was partly good, but I got some kind of stomach issue going on, and it's honestly knocking me out. I have eaten in 2 days, 1/2 baked potato, a half cup of potato soup, 2 bites of toast... I'm hot, then cold, and my stomach cramps to no end. It's annoying.

    @micki48 I hear you, my estrogen dropped significantly earlier this year, like 95pts ( I don't know what measurements they use) and I've been on HRT for a year trying to keep it steady. My dr did say some women just don't utilize the estrogen in a pill. I tried the patches and didn't like them at all.. So now I'm still on the hrt, and try to supplement for my issues ( Tumeric works well for me with the joint pain, I use 3-4 liquid IV's a week to help with hydration, and have noticed lot of less dry skin, and I use magnesium glycinate to help with insomnia,. and mood swings) When I see my gyn in Feb, I am going to talk to her about going off the hrt, cause if it is not giving me the estrogen, it is giving me the progesterone, and they need to be balanced..

    Hugs to you @strong_fit_ells - it is hard looking after older people we love. I hope he recovers well! I know it might be long, but I hope he can get back to his active self.

    You are the first person on the team to hit 4 weeks in a row in the green this month! Let that put a smile back on your lovely face :smiley:

    And get well vibes for you too @Gidgitgoescrzy - stomach problems are really not fun.

    CW: 211.8

    Overall a good week for me, although I did have 2 bad days last Thursday/Friday. Now to just keep plugging along.

    @littlemzkitty that is great you are working towards a 5k!

    So, I do enjoy the green again. I weighed in lower than my CW the last few days, but the owners of our company are in town and with that is a lot of eating out and drinking. Also, I can tell I'm almost to that time of the month and am starting to bloat. All-in-all, I am happy with the decrease.

    @littlemzkitty - Nice work getting from where you couldn't walk to doing another 5k! That is awesome!

    Steps & Activity:

    Sunday, 9/17: 2,333 steps
    Monday, 9/18: 4,566 steps
    Tuesday, 9/19: 4,766
    Wednesday, 9/20: 6,451 steps
    Thursday, 9/21: 5,178 steps
    Friday, 9/22: 9,234 steps, 45 minutes spin, 1 hour CrossFit
    Saturday, 9/23: 7,776 steps, 1 hour CrossFit

    I had a wicked chest cold that took me out for a few weeks. I am FINALLY feeling better enough to work out. I haven't made the best choices with my eating the last few days, but I'm still making my workouts and noticing progress. I know it will get better once I get my eating more in check.

    @micki48 The hormone changes sound really hard! When you outline all of your life events, it really is a crazy journey. I hope you keep searching for answers that will help you feel better. I had the DUTCH hormone test done last winter through a naturopath and it was so insightful. It gave a lot of info on hormones and quite a few other needs my body had. Our bodies are complicated and sometimes it's multiple problems at once that impact each other. I also like Dr. Mindy Pelz. She has a lot of youtube videos on hormones. She's really into intermittent fasting just so you know. She has a lot of guests on her blog or youtube so if you don't like her, you may connect with one of her guests. I have breast cancer risk in my family so I am always trying to keep my estrogen down. I avoid certain foods like soy products and especially alcohol. There are foods that help increase estrogen that could complement other options. Hugs to you!

    Nice drop @Gidgitgoescrzy
    One more day for me to make progress towards a drop myself
    Started the week off poorly but I've been on track since!

    @ashleycarole86 I hope your quads recover fast! It is such a drag to do the amazing, super, fabulous, healthy - heck, heroic - thing, and get hurt. Let the vocabulary fly! And get some good massage action happening, and drink plenty of water. Brad will be home soon, I hope!

    @cleaneater80 love the mindset message - we all need that reminder from time to time!
