@jessicakrall8 I hope you've had a restful weekend after your busy & tiring week.Thank you for your kind words.I haven't done much this weekend except sleep & blowing my nose constantly.Took a covid test yesterday & there was a very faint line so a positive result ☹️ My son was quite poorly last week but had a negative test.I don't feel too bad so fingers crossed I don't feel worse in the next few
days.

@jessicakrall8 -- changed my mind about joining the walking challenge as despite my best efforts a large spider has moved into the shop creating a giant web attached to my elliptical that my family is calling, "The Man Trap." I'm going to let the critters go hibernate then pick back up!4

Good morning Shape Shifters. I had a very lazy Sunday. The weather was very annoying and constantly flip flopped between rain and sunny and the sunny parts weren't long enough to go for a walk. I saved a butterfly that was so soaked she couldn't open her wings anymore. Tinus almost jumped on her in the garden, but I got there first. I gave her a dry spot in a glass jar with a flower until the rain was gone. Then I moved the flower with her on top of it to a spot high up in the sun. Around 20 minutes later, she flew away again so that made me happy.
I washed Tinus' blankets and I did the dishes. My dad came over at the end of the afternoon. We went to visit my adopted brother with down syndrome. It was his birthday recently and I don't see him very often so we went out for pancakes. Over 2 hours of sitting in the car and 1 hour in the restaurant which made my steps for the day low. It was for a good cause though since my brother was happy. I had a plain banana pancake which was alright. I am not sure how many calories it was, but I was very careful during the day and even with a generous estimate of the pancake calories, I would still have had a deficit for the day. It was pretty dark when my dad dropped me off again, so I quickly put out new food for the hedgehogs, then read some and cuddled Tinus before going to bed. Happy Monday everyone

10/15. 34,328. That’s what happens when you hike with your husband in the morning and do your long run in the afternoon. Was pretty tired yesterday evening but feel good this morning.
Not much up here today- going to help my husband work on his closet. He’s lost 30 pounds. Very proud of him.5 -

Went for the bike ride today, but alas - there was the elk bull on the trail. I didn't see his females but he was giving me the stare down so, change of plans - came back to the house. I'm still learning the new bicycle and am not adventuring out too far just yet.
I took his photo the other day, he lives around here and has five or six girlfriends and a few yearlings.

Good morning Shape Shifters. No walk again. I had to go with the vet with Tinus for his shot, so just a tiny walk with the stroller. I got some groceries later but otherwise the day was pretty lazy. Happy Tuesday everyone

Will I ever get to see the 170's?? I will say though since I've been watching what I buy and eat my husband and son who live with me have lost a lot of weight. Husband is almost at 30lbs down and son isn't sure of his weight loss but he's looking very lanky.6 -
