Here is a partial list of calories in Halloween candy. Of course, peanut m&ms which are my favourite weighs in at a whopping 90 calories. I like the strategies you have come up with to deal with the candy. I don’t buy any as we live in an apartment. My granddaughter usually picks out a couple from her bag to give to myself and my husband. I get a treat but not at the risk of a binge.

I've no idea what most of that candy is! We have kit kat and m&ms in the UK/ Spain. I'm now going to Google all the rest!😂😂

Hello friends, I had Aqua Bootcamp and Aqua Fitness today. It felt so good. It is amazing when you move, you feel better, you have more calories for food or deficit. I love moving especially in fun ways. Hope you have a wonderful night.

I have bought different sugar free candy over the years. I would still probably eat too many and end up with an upset stomach. I know they can cause gastrointestinal issues.

    Sunday Weigh-In (Late!)
    torih941
    SW: 275.2
    10/8: 270.8
    10/17: 275

Went up, but I know it was due to the trip. I definitely let myself splurge a little bit, but I enjoyed myself! I know I can get back on track, so it'll be okay. I'm back home and can control my eating. I hope everyone has had a good week!

My trip was a great time! I know I overdid it on the eating out, but I tried to make the best choices with my food. I know some of it is water weight as I didn't actually gain 5lbs in 4 days, but it still didn't feel the best to see it. I seem to have caught a small cold from the plane or just the excitement of the trip lol. I have myself checking out a kickboxing class (which I love) next week, so this week I'll be more focused on what I'm eating and feeling better.

    Question:
We have the holiday season fast approaching. Halloween is in a little over two weeks. That means candy and mini chocolate bars everywhere including being a food cue every time we go to the supermarket. What are your strategies for dealing with Halloween treats?

My strategy is keeping the light off and hiding in my closet for a week ;)
