The holiday got me! Since the gym was closed on Monday, I sent the kids off with their dad to his family's celebration and stayed in to be alone and build a cabinet. On Tuesday I was mainly on the sofa...I have to get out of this funk and away from the sugar

My steps weren’t this low as I forgot to put my watch on for a couple of hours. I leave it off at night ever since it started irritating my wrist and not wearing it at night seems to help prevent the irritation. I have my injections for my back later today. I really need it as I have woke up before 3 am the lat two mornings because of pain. Tonight the family are going to bingo. My granddaughter just turned 18 and is now allowed to play. It should be a hoot but a few of them have never played. I am going to take it easy again today as if I don’t I will never make it through the bingo session because of my back.

No jackpots but I did win $100. As you can see from my steps I did not take it easy yesterday. I am going for blood work and when I get home I am not moving out of my chair. My husband is off this week and it seems like it is the weekend everyday. So I blame him for my lack of exercise. 😂

I went to the gym yesterday and immediately felt better and was more productive when I got home. I think moving my butt really helped. I still have some residual sugar cravings, but overall I'm feeling good.1 -

With family here I have still managed to stick to my diet. I have also stayed under my set calorie count each day, though I have been eating more than I'm used to. Despite this, I managed to drop .8 lb over the week so I am beyond thrilled. One last crushed decade in 2023. 💜 much love yall.3 -
