HOW IT ALL WORKS: The February challenge runs for weeks, from February 4 - March 2. F2F months always start on a Sunday and end on a Saturday, so adjust your calendars!
Everyone weighs in weekly on their chosen day right here in the team chat. At the end of each week, the tallies are done to determine the team and individuals with the most weight lost. The best losers are announced with full fanfare every Sunday. The team competition is all in good spirits - may the most losing win, and may everyone else get to work on next week!
We also celebrate those small, steady losses. If you lose, however small an amount, you are in the green! At the end of the month, we celebrate everyone who lost at least a bit every single week. You are heading steadily towards your goal even if you aren't at the top of the weight loss leaderboard.
To make your weigh-in easy to find for your team Captains, please put it right at the top of a message, and use this format:
Weigh In Day:
PW (Previous Weight):
CW (Current Weight):
If you miss two weigh-ins in a row without asking for a break, you will be dropped from the team, so be sure to inform your team captain if you are traveling, sick, or just need some time off. If you want a break, you can be excused for a week or two, or can be moved to the Support Team for as long as you need. You still participate in the discussions, you can weigh in if you want to, but it will not count in the weekly tally. Don't worry! You can always come back even if you get dropped.
Once you reach your goal weight, you join the Goal Zone. You continue to weigh in every week. If you have 2 weeks above your self-defined goal zone, you go back to the regular team to lose that amount before it builds up. You will have a chance to hone those maintenance skills and stick with your team.
In addition to your own team, there are weekly F2F Full Group CHALLENGES. You can do all or none - it's up to you. Participating adds a lot to your success, so we hope to see you there often! These can involve anything fitness, health, or nutrition - and they’ll get you moving, thinking, and learning about this journey. Check the Announcements section for full group challenges.
Let’s show our fellow challengers some F2F love! Introduce yourselves right away, and let the Leap Month begin!!

Introduction:
I'm Mica! I am 67 years old, I live in New Hampshire, and I work 3 days a week as a bookkeeper in a plastics factory. I still consider that to be "full time", since my workload is still the same as when I worked 5 days a week - I just have to do it faster!
I am one of the Maintainiacs of the Mission Slimpossible team, currently maintaining in my goal range of 127-133 (center weight 130) since 2019.
My housemates are my boyfriend Rich, and my cat Earl. (My profile picture is Earl).
My favorite exercise is walking. I usually set a goal to walk the year in miles - I reached my goal of 2023 miles on December 4th. I will probably set a walk the year goal for 2024, but not right away. With winter weather and darkness, I prefer to do indoor workouts.
I love to ride my bicycle to/from work, but I'm not an ice-biker, so that will have to wait until the appropriate season for cycling. I'll settle for the stationary bike for the couple of months.
I do some strength training, not as much as I should, but I try to do at least something every single day, even if it's just one set of lunges. For February, I want to focus more on STRENGTH. I said that in January - and then I didn't do it. I really need to step it up.
My goal for 2024 is a fun one: An Adventure Every Week. I wrote up some adventures on little pieces of paper, and divided them up as indoor adventures or outdoor adventures. Depending on the weather, I can decide from which container I will select my adventure. And, recognizing that there will be some weeks when I won't want to do the adventure, I made up a 3rd container with Chores. Not small chores, but big ones, like cleaning the oven, cleaning the refrigerator, shampooing carpets, decluttering closets and the like. If I don't want to do the adventure, then I have to do the chore. So I'll either be very adventurous in 2024, or I'll have a remarkably clean house!
My outdoor adventure for this week (weather permitting) is to walk Pine Hill Cemetery and take pictures. My indoor adventure (if I can't do the outdoor) is to take a cooking class, preferably in person. But Tuesday is looking like a good day for weather, so it's likely that I will be outdoors. My chore (if I don't do one of the adventures) is Shampoo Carpet. OK, that seals the deal - I'm definitely doing one of the adventures!!
Technically, my weigh-in day is Saturday, but I weigh myself daily (to spot trends). I usually end up posting my weight on Friday, so that I don't forget. I posted on the January chat, but I'll post again here as well:

MY INTRODUCTION
Hi everyone. My name is Chris. I live in Southern California with my husband, cute one-eyed pirate pug named Daisy (8 yrs old) and pug pup name Violet who is going to be 2 yrs old in June. Up until my mid-20s, I was a healthy weight but then the mid-20s hit and along with that came medications that made me gain weight as well as poor lifestyle choices. For exercise, I like to walk with my husband and friends.
I have about 65 lbs to lose. My hobbies: reading, making artwork and crafts, photography, and cooking. I do straight-up calorie counting of healthy foods with MFP Premium.
Now, it's your turn! Tell us about YOU!

I invite you to join me on a quest for a NO ZERO DAYS 2024! What is No Zero Days? There are 4 simple ideas behind this:
There are no more zero days. A zero day is when you don’t do anything towards your goals. But that doesn’t mean you have to go full-throttle on your goals each day, no, just do something small if you have to, do a single push-up, walk to the mailbox, drink one less soda…anything not to report a zero day. Do one thing to make your life better each day.
Be grateful to the 3 YOUs: the past you, the present you, and the future you! Be GRATEFUL to the past you for the positive things you’ve done. Did you do that push-up yesterday? THANK YOU YOUNGER ME. Second part of the 3 me’s is you gotta do your future self a favor, just like you would for your best friend. Tired and can’t get off reddit/videogames/interwebs? This one’s for future me, i’m gonna rock out p90x Ab Ripper X for 17 minutes. I’m doing this one for future me. Alarm clock goes off and bed is too comfy? This one’s for my best friend, the future me. I’m up and going for a 5 km run (or 25 meter run, it’s gotta be non zero). MAKE SURE YOU THANK YOUR OLD SELF for rocking out at the end of every.single.thing. that makes your life better. The cycle of doing something for someone else (future you) and thanking someone for the good in your life (past you) is key to building gratitude and productivity.
FORGIVE YOURSELF. Tried your best to have a nonzero day yesterday and it failed? so what. I forgive you previous self. I forgive you. But today? Today is a nonzero masterpiece to the best of my ability for future self.
Exercise and books: exercise is self-explanatory but the books, read a self-improvement book…reading gets you to the next level!
Here’s more detailed information and where I got the above info:

@Katmary71 I'm glad your meeting was good. Thank you! You have quite a selection of tea, don't you? Your new cup sounds cute. I hope you weren't in too much pain at the event.
@19shmoo69 HAHAHAHA!
@sleepygirl79 The joke was funny but your story was hilarious!
@micaroo4 Cool adventure ideas.
Hi all. As if things weren't stressful enough, yesterday my dogs got into a fight and I was trying to separate them and got bit. There was an area on my hand by the base of my pinky that swelled up the size of a walnut with pooling blood underneath. It was super scary so I went to urgent care. My skin wasn't broken but the size of the swelling scared me. I was thinking, "blood infection" but they looked at it and took X-rays and it turned out fine. Today, it's much better. As a result, I didn't cook last night. We got stuff for sandwiches instead.

My phrase for the year: "New year, new me!"3 -
Hello, I’m Teresa. I was a long-time member, but home life got really crazy, so I stepped away for about a year. But I missed this group and needed the accountability. I had lost 80 lbs and put almost 60 pounds back on. But I decided that this year was the year to change all that. I can’t stop the changes that are happening with my husband’s dementia and all the stress that comes with that. But I can change the things I can, and my weight and health must also be priorities.
I live with my husband, Joe, mom, and little fur baby, Maggie Mae. My sister was living with me but is now staying with her daughter, who just had her fourth baby. You will hear me talk about my great-nieces and nephews because I adore them! >3 I work for my church as their Admin. Assistant, and I am very fortunate that it's a super flexible job that I get to do mostly from home. I also love doing jigsaw puzzles!
@trooworld Yikes, I am so sorry that you got bit. Why were your dogs fighting? Is that usual for them? I’m glad you weren’t seriously hurt.
Good morning! I am so happy it’s Saturday, and I don't have to work out for the next two days. Yesterday was bis and tris, and Shaun T did these reverse bicep curls that have my forearms crying this morning. I slept in until almost 7:30, which was late, but I needed it. I plan to do my floors today and some other housework and then chill out with my puzzle. Tomorrow is our new pastor’s first official day, and we are having a potluck lunch afterward. I will be making an Italian pasta salad and a sundried tomato dip. I bought the dip mix at Cracker Barrel, so hopefully, it will be good.

Good morning,
My name is Valeta. I'm a 49 year old housewife from Northwest Indiana. I live here with my husband, Wes and our King Charles Caviler, Benny. We have three sons in their 20's and our first Grand-baby due in May. Since September, I have lost 35 lbs. and have 15 more till I reach my goal weight. I eat every three hours and try to do at least 30 min. of intentional exercise every morning. During my spare time, I enjoy listening to music, reading, and watching movies.
@morenin - It's good to know how irregular sizes are these days. I've been putting off getting new clothes that fit till I'm done losing weight. I'm not sure how much longer I can wait. I don't want to have them fall down in public. I'm ok, as long as I don't run...lol. Maybe I'll buy some that fit me a little tight and lose to fit in them.
@TeresaW2024 - After a good workout I usually feel energetic. I know how important it is to get a good nights rest. I just don't get tired. Sometimes I go to bed anyways. I've been practicing breathing techniques to help me fall asleep and not lay awake for hours. It's strange because I used to fall asleep so easy and sleep for hours. I hope you enjoy your workout. I don't love to workout, but I love what it does for my body.
@19shmoo69 - I'm a little late with this, but my Ice Breaker Thursday is a funny story. While I was sitting in the living room, my oldest son who was around 3 years old at the time, brought me a glass of water. I thought...oh how sweet. This water is very cold. Where did you get this? He walked me to the bathroom and pointed to the toilet. Moral of the story, never drink water from a three year old...lol.
@Katmary71 - How was the award event you attended last night? I'm sure you looked great, all dressed up with your new hair style.
@trooworld - A dog fight, that's a scary situation. I'm glad you and your dog are ok.
Today, I have noticed some sore, hard, spots on my side muscles. I think I might have overworked them the past few days. Maybe, I'll just take it easy today.

Hi to the new members, as well as those returning! I'm Morenin, I started last month in Mission Slimpossible. I have 3 cats and a dog, and live with my aunt, my cousin, and my spouse. When I'm not moving more I'm usually reading mysteries or fantasy, or playing all sorts of video games. My music taste is eclectic enough I can only identify songs I like in most cases, or the occasional artist. I'm a big Amaranthe and Panic! At the Disco fan.
I have only lost about 2 lb. so far (when water weight doesn't work against me), but I've gone down a full pants size, and I am walking more steps each month! My active minutes aka the burn have gone down however, so my goal will be to add some actual exercise back in, with the treadmill and chair yoga to start with. I was pretty bad about tracking everything but weight last month, due to being out of town, then being sick. Trying to get back on the ball. Besides moving more, I want to try and get 5 servings of produce a day, ideally. Also I want to stay more hydrated with 8 cups of water. However, I worry I might be over ambitious, so I might just stick to more movement for the month, as well as more steps.6 -
Introduction: 🌸
Hi, my name is Josey. I'm a wife and mommy of two in my early 30s. I live in New York City. I started with Mission Slimpossibles in November 2023. My hobbies include singing, art, crafts, photography, nature, and gaming. I also love animals and have a calico kitty. I have been using Myfitnesspal since 2009 with great success losing over 90lbs and reaching my fitness goals. I was able to mantain up until 2019 when covid hit. Due to stress and family crisis, I let myself go, stopped using mfp, and gained back all I lost.
I have lost 26 lbs so far since last year and have 60lbs more to lose. I currently workout at home with HIIT cardio on my bike/elliptical and strength train with resistance bands.
My goals for 2024: Is to be healthier and fitter than last year so I can be a better self and for my family, which is most important than a number on a scale and to relearn healthy food habits and love and appreciate my self and my body by choosing what is best for myself in all areas of my life.
I am very thankful for this group which helps support, encourage and keep me accountable. Here's to all of us reaching our goals this year! 💪✨

Hi everyone! I'm Kathy, I'm a Captain of Mission Slimpossibles along with my awesome friend @trooworld. We have long-term member @19shmoo69 as our motivator. I've been on this team for about 5 years and was a motivator until recently when our last co-captain stepped down. I'm 52 and live in the Sacramento area, CA with my two 4-year-old cats. I've been dealing with chronic pain and health issues for quite awhile and had my 5th back surgery a few months ago. I file claims part-time then volunteer at the food bank farm and am secretary of a local charity that keeps me pretty busy. I also have a good-sized garden at home, love to read, watch movies, and go to concerts. I have my diabetes under control with diet and eat low-moderate carbs. I do chair cardio, weighs and strength training, and stretching (plus PT) as exercise. I'm also trying treatments at a holistic clinic.
We're so happy you're here, let's have an amazing February!4 -
Hi All!
I’m a mom of 3, married for 30 years now. Somehow still feeling young 😂 I’ve been with this amazing group for a year and mfp for ages. I lost over 70lbs here. After some health issues, I gained some back, so I returned, found you all and started losing it. I’ve been struggling since my husband’s accident this past summer but am finding my way back. I’m trying to keep to my low carb, every 3 hours meals with 10k steps daily. Some days are better than others. This group has been so supportive and I really appreciate everyone.
@txcritter69 I hope you’re feeling better since you got on antibiotics.
@trooworld how’s your brother in law doing? Sorry about the pooches fighting and you getting bit. How’s your bite now?
@Katmary71 thanks for the kind words (jan thread) and as for my cyst, I’m high risk for surgery so it is monitored every 6 months. My kidney check up was moved from 6 months to a year and neurology is still at 6 months. I’m happy that my tests are coming back with good results, nothing worse.
I enjoy your post about all the charity work. You really keep us inspired. You’re doing amazing.
@littlebabekitty your intro sounds similar to how I came back. So glad we have this group. You’ll do amazing.
@morenin you’re on a good path. Definitely start slow, so you don’t burn out. You can add on as things get easier. That helped me a lot.
@micaroo4 you are an inspiration with your walking. I get happy when I see your numbers. Then I’m like get up and move. 😂
@19shmoo69 thanks for the fun posts!
@TeresaW2024 how’d the pastor’s first day go? I imagine it was fun.
@Veta2018 congratulations on your upcoming grandbaby. Soon enough you’ll be chasing baby feet around the house.
@tammymccrady6278 sorry about the loss of your fur baby. I hope your heart is healing.

Well it’s been a hard week here. My aunt passed away, my eldest got sick again and then myself yesterday. You know when it rains it pours. Otherwise, we’re all managing.

Happy February!
I’m Meg. 41, full time teacher, married to a farmer/firefighter with two kids: 13 year old girl and a nearly 9 year old boy.
I’m taking self care to heart this month. In a nutshell, I’ve suffered from gut infection and post-infection for the past year. I met with a functional nutritionist yesterday and I’m deciding whether or not to move forward with treatment. She approaches gut health from
A whole mind/body healing perspective and is the first medical professional to even ask about my health history in relation to this illness or to consider my symptoms together rather than try to put out fires with medication.
It’s expensive (and my insurance won’t cover it) but I am seriously considering it.
Other than that I’m trucking along. looking forward to a good month with you all!5 -

@TeresaW2024 Ah, okay, that makes sense lol! Thank you. I appreciate it! My dogs fighting: when we first got the 2nd dog (Violet, almost 2 yrs old), she and Daisy fought a LOT. I mean, really badly. But with training and putting Daisy on Prozac (because she had so much anxiety about Violet that she was peeing inappropriately on things. Think: our bed!), she got much better and they hardly fight anymore, maybe once every couple of months. This time, what happened was that Daisy was sleeping and dreaming and Violet went up to her in the middle of her fighting in her dream (Daisy has horrible dreams where she yelps and barks and runs). I think she thought Violet was her attacker from her dream and woke up and attacked Violet. Violet will fight back. So...that's what happened! Thanks, me too! You are doing awesome with your workouts. I hope the potluck goes well. I bet there will be a lot of yummy food there! Including what you are bringing.
@Veta2018 Thank you! I hope you got to rest yesterday.
@txcritter69 Thank you! I'm sorry about the dental situation. That's awesome that you didn't eat the bag of m&ms...it all starts with small steps!
@tammymccrady6278 Congrats on your loss, Tammy!
@morenin Those are great NSVs! Congrats! And congrats on the loss!
@AmbersWay Thanks for asking. He's still in the hospital but doing a little better. My bite is better, there is still bruising and a little swelling but I can use my hand and it doesn't hurt to type! I'm so sorry about your aunt. And that you guys got sick again. I hope you feel better soon.
@megnolia82 Congrats on the loss!
Hi all. My BIL is still in the hospital but doing a little better. For some levity, my husband and I are going to the early hours for members at the zoo this morning. I am going to bring my watercolor sketchbook and do a little painting/drawing. Last night, I worked on a painting of a dung beetle while we started watching Hitchcock's "Rear Window." I'm not done with it but it was fun to work on art again. It's been a while and it's a good stress reliever. I also went for a walk in the park: the sun was out, there were people there getting ready for a party, playing basketball, playing with their dogs. It was a great day to go and walk. I also picked up my new glasses (see below). I really like them!

I'm trying not to think about the weight gain. It's only a pound. I need to just stay focus and continue my good habbits. It's probably some inflammation from my sore muscles. Well, yesterday didn't go as smooth as I would of liked either. Started off good and decided I was going to skip my workout. Then, I was starting to feel hungry around 4. I made a few suggestions to my husband of what I could make for dinner. He said, don't worry about cooking, he'll take me out to eat. An hour later I'm making suggestion of places we can go. Then, another hour past, an now I'm starving. I skipped my afternoon snack to save room for extra calories. So now I'm crabby and irritable and say that I'll just cook something. Finally, he starts the car, we drive 45 minutes to the nearest city wait another 45 minutes before were seated and served our food. I made healthy choices and I didn't feel like I over ate. I took half my food home. When I got home, and logged my food, I was over calories and fats and carbs. So at 10 o'clock at night I did a 35 min workout. I have people tell me it's ok to have a cheat day, but once I give myself one it will end up another and another.💪Mission Slimpossible Strong!💪5 -
Good Morning,
Introduction:
Howdy I am Sandy 53 yrs old from Texas, I have pretty much been here all my life. I live with my husband John, Diesel (dog) and Tigger (cat). I have 2 grown Kids Brittney 36 and Stephen 33. They are both married w/families of their own. I am blessed with 5 grandsons. the oldest 20 and the youngest 12. My husband and I are both retired correctional officers. I joined this group last yr in Feb. so, this month marks my one yr. I was down 5 lbs but, had a rough time over the holidays and gained it back. This yr I am planning to do much better. Baby steps but in the right direction. No more excuses.
@trooworld I am glad to see that our hand is ok and it was not serious.
@katmary71 I am glad you had a great time at your event.
@TeresaW2024 I have the same plan with working out Mon-Fri once I can get to the point of no distractions. I had started the week before my extractions know I am waiting to be release from care so I will be able to start back.
@Veta2018 Great job on sticking with your plan and losing weight. I agree that taking it easy today and maybe massaging the muscle to loosen it back up. Do not worry about that pound. You are right about it being some inflammation or it could also be water retention from eating out.
@morenin that is great that you went down a size in pants. Just because the scale is not moving does not mean your work is not paying off. Muscle is leaner and takes up less room. If you have not done your body measurements. May I suggest doing so and checking it monthly.
@littlebabekitty I am pretty much in the same shoes back in '21 I was down about 20 from start weight with MFP of 186. I started gaining it back in '22 was back up to 175 when I joined this group. I am struggling but this group is keeping me going.
@Amberway Thank you and yes I am feeling better. I will be keeping you in my prayers. I am sorry about you losing your aunt and you and your daughter being sick. You are right. when it rains it pours.
@megnolia82 I hope things work in your favor about the nutritionist, it sounds like something to really consider.
I am doing better today, I woke up with no fever this morning. My mouth is still sore but all is good. I have been keeping up with my tracking over the last few days and it is paying off. It is a shame I won't be able to stick to this soft food diet forever. 😆

So, I lost weight this week, but I am SWOLLEN. All my measurements are. Except my arms got leaner and more muscular somehow. My stomach is somehow sagging more at the bottom, which looks odd as heck, and I can't figure out. I definitely ate WAY too much salt yesterday.5

Hello Slims-
I am Lisa, from Florida, 55, married 32 years, two young adult "children" who are living with us for the time being. Dog- Gus. I like to read and take walks. For exercise- I enjoy step aerobics. I also do strength training. I've been in this group for a couple of years now and enjoy the caring and support it provides. I've been up and down with weight all my life and it's become more of a struggle now that I have reached a "mature" age. I struggled all last year and put some weight back on. I am determined to make progress this year and January went well for me. Now to rinse and repeat.
I've just returned from visiting my parents in Wisconsin. My Mom has Alzheimer's. After spending the whole first day with her and hugging and kissing her good night, she asked my Dad "who was that nice lady who spent the day with us?" Her level of understanding varied from hour to hour. The disease is very hard to understand. I was able to go through her closet and make note of all her sizes so I can help Dad when she needs clothes. We also went shopping together and she got a few new things. I did OK with managing all the emotions. There were, and still are a lot of them.
Seems we have more funny stories than jokes, so I will tell you that I crashed my first car when I was 10. It was a soap box derby car- my Dad built it out of wood for me, as his Jaycee group was hosting a race. As I got to the bottom of the hill, I reached for the brake on the side, turning the steering wheel as I did so. I hit a parked car on the side of the road and totaled the soap box car. I was uninjured, but you've never seen a group of Jaycee Dads run so fast!

@trooworld I DO have a lot of tea in case I’m snowed in for a year, hahaha! That’s scary how is your hand feeling today? Sandwiches are a good idea! Shoot they were just doing better too! That makes sense with Daisy’s nightmare but still disappointing plus your hand injury is frustrating. I’m glad you’re working on art again, have fun at the zoo! Looking beautiful!
@TeresaW2024 I was wondering if your sister was still with you, I’m sure your niece can really use her help right now. Sounds like a perfect relaxing day for you! The dip sounds great, yum!
@Veta2018 Congratulations on 35lbs down that’s awesome! The award event was a lot of fun though we didn’t win anything but were in the tops for most areas. It was fun hanging out and getting dressed up for it, everyone looked so good! Ugh oh sounds like you need a break for your muscles to recover, good idea to take it easy today. I think slightly sore is okay but if it’s real sore a break sounds good. You handled going out to eat well even if it’s a little over, chances are you were in maintenance range and will still stable. I was expecting your story to turn into eating 2 loaves of bread but you did great especially for being starving!
@morenin That’s awesome you dropped a pant’s size! Those are great goals, think about which one will get you closer to your goal and when you feel good about having that one under control add the next one, you got this! Hm your body may just need to balance out after the weight loss and sodium, wait a few days and hopefully it will adjust.
@littlebabekitty You’re doing great you’ll get those 60lbs off! We’re thankful to have you on our team and as part of our family now, I look forward to watching you become a healthier you.
@AmbersWay We appreciate you too! That’s great news the tests are going well, I’m glad you’re able to go longer with the kidney one! Thank you that was so kind of you to say. Oh no I’m so sorry for your loss. I hope you and your eldest are feeling better soon, thinking of you.
@megnolia82 Are you able to try a few things with functional nutrition or do you have to jump all in? I definitely see the pros and cons of that I’ve been in the same boat being hesitant because of cost.
@txcritter69 Thank you! I’m so glad you’re doing better and have recovered from the infection. Thank goodness mouths heal fast! Sounds like you’re doing great despite all the soft food! I probably would’ve ended up with ice cream if I’m being honest.
@sleepygirl79 Hang in there it could be sodium or bloating or just fluctuations, it will balance out.
WOOHOO MISSION SLIMPOBBLES in 2nd place for percentage and pounds down for the last week, way to go TEAM!
@tammymccrady6278 @Vata2018 @askewcr Great job overall for January top winners!
@badnoodle @Cornanda @askewcr @laurelfit57 Way to go on leading the pack!
@Cornanda Huge hug on your visit, I’m so sorry you’re going through this. Too funny on the soap box derby car I’m glad you weren’t injured!
Hi everyone! That was a lot of posts! Had the card reading party this morning, we’re having crazy winds right now and it was raining while getting all the boxes from businesses in the retirement home then pouring while we were getting organized card bags and boxes in cars. We’re just under 7000 cards which was our goal and were planning on a card party tomorrow but still have two boxes that need to be counted so I’ll wait. A group of us went to a local bar that was having School of Rock performing so we stayed outside. This bar had a drink our charity gets the proceeds from so we went to support them and have our drink. I’m behind on a lot of stuff but am so tired I don’t know if I’ll get anything but a bath done tonight. My diet went downhill not taking time to eat before I went, back to it tomorrow. I did work out no Zero Days here!

WEIGH INS STILL NEEDED: @badboodle @laurelfit57 @littlebabekitty @vegan4lyfe2012
TOMORROW WEIGH IN REMINDERS FOR: @AmbersWay @Jactop @GrinningPossumLifts
FUNNY STORY: I think I was in 4th grade and had a crush on this guy Roy in my class. My little brother had HIS brother in the class and they were going roller skating at the roller rink so I went in case Roy went. I figured out who his brother and dad were and got it in my head that if I showed off and made a good impression it would get back to Roy so I zoomed in front of them and went to “rex” (criss cross the skates in front and in back real fast) and managed to get my wheels tangled up and fell flat on my face! So mortifying, his Dad rushed over to see if I was okay (they almost ran me over) and I couldn’t talk at all as I’d knocked my breath out, as soon as I could talk I yelled I was fine and went and sat in a bathroom stall for awhile!

Congrats to the whole team for achieving 2nd place by both percentage and pounds! A special shout out goes to @badnoodle for grabbing 2nd place by both percentage and pounds and for @Cornanda @askewcr @laurelfit57 @Veta2018 and @tammymccrady6278 for getting on the leaderboard! Congrats to @tammymccrady6278 for being in the green all four weeks! Way to go!
@Veta2018 You are right, you've been working on good habits and working out and I'm sure the gain is a fluke. Just stay the course with your good habits. I'm sorry you were starving by the time you ate dinner. I would have been hangry and ordered something unhealthy, so I think you did well.
@txcritter69 Thanks, me too! I'm glad you are doing better. Congrats on the loss!
@sleepygirl79 I hate when the scale doesn't reflect the work I'm doing. It happens. I bet you have a "whoosh" next week!
@Cornanda That must be so heartbreaking, Lisa. I'm so sorry. Hugs. You must have the record for the earliest car accident!
@Katmary71 My hand is feeling okay unless I press on it, then it hurts. It is bruised so it doesn't look so good, but it's okay. I know, right? LOL This is the first time they fought in a while. Thank you, I did have fun! Thank you! It was really windy here yesterday, too. Gosh, lots of cards and card parties lol! I hope you meet your goal. Good job with No Zero Days! OMG that story is funny but darn, I can feel the embarrassment you must have felt! lol
Hi all. I had a relaxing day yesterday, after a stressful week, I really needed it. We went to the zoo for 2 1/2 hours and then I dropped my husband off at the hospital. After that, I went to a coffee shop and drew/painted. Then I came home and took a nice nap. It felt really good. I hope today at work isn't stressful, I've had my share for a while!
