I attempted some walks yesterday. I only got 10 minutes done as I left it too late in the day to start. I did try at the supermarket to use the cart less. So that helped my steps. Doing walks today and I have completed one. I pushed that one over 10 minutes. Getting better at walking.

    Have a great Sunday!

    Good morning!

    Weigh In Day: Sunday
    PW: 276.4 lbs
CW: 273.2 lbs (down 3.2 lbs)

I am really pleased with my numbers this week, but I really think something odd happened last week. I was down all week then on Saturday and Sunday I was suddenly up 1.5 lbs! Monday of this week I was back down again and have been making small but steady progress all week. I am not complaining, just thought it strange. I know during the summer I was getting a lot of strange readings but that was because I had to use different scales, weigh in at different times, settings were different and, of course, food intake was much more difficult to monitor. Kind of shows that you can’t let yourself be defeated by a couple of bad scale readings. Progress is made slowly over time.

Oh well, as I said, I am not complaining and the progress has been slow but steady in the right direction! Have a great week everyone.

    Rick

Motto: 🏋🏾‍♀️ Don't think, just do it!!

Recap: Dinner out last night and Super Bowl today. Pretty much the entire week (including today) - I'm off my eating plan....but I'm not going to sweat it. This is for the long run so I have to stop and enjoy from time to time. Exercise continues to be good and I'm going to get a good walk in today even though it's my rest day to counter some of the treats for the day!! Back on track on Monday and forging ahead!

It isn’t pretty. My hubby is out of town so I’ve been on MIL duty all week and can’t get out to do anything. Does anyone have ideas on YouTube or free videos that can be done at home? We bought a max trainer but it’s not put together yet.
