    Great loss. Have you thought about switching to a Sunday weigh in? Even if your weigh in is a day or two late you will count towards getting yourself in the top three.

    I had to walk around the apartment to get to my step goal. I had trouble sleeping so I ended up with an extra 500 steps. I wanted ice cream so I did loops around the apartment to avoid the cravings. Of course I ended up getting up late as I was so tired. It’s the family day holiday. We did our breakfast out with all the family minus my daughter yesterday. She is on nights so she was sleeping. It was a nice time. My husband is off today so we have some things planned for today. I will probably take today as my day not to reach my step goal.

    Happy Family Day to all my Ontario teammates!
