@Grandmajackie - New Braunfels! Home of the German festival and Schliterbaun! Most excellent! Some of the best German food I've had was there. So beautiful this time of year with the Blue Bonnets. Just down the road from the hill country with some of the only clear rivers in Texas. Except for August, I think you're going to love it! August brings the freshman to Southwest Texas state so that's no fun. Keep us posted on your adventures as you travel!2

CONGRATS one making GOAL to @CLEPANT!!
@DEAN - Great work this month! I'm glad your recovery is coming along so well! I raised your goal for you.
I've always wanted to go to New Braunfels, but now I want to go visit Leavenworth, WA too!! Gorgeous! But if I'm being honest, the German beer & food is what really draws me. Great video, @JACKIE!

No ride today. Tendon feels swollen so it’s a rest day.
I’ve visited Leavenworth lots of times. I grew up north of Seattle in woodinville. I was in the military before I realized there was more than one Leavenworth. 😂 love Leavenworth Washington. Leavenworth Kansas not so much. 😉😵💫1 -
@GrandmaJackie: Wishing you safe travels. You are making quit a move.i am of German origin and we have German town community of historic Deutschtown here in Pittsburgh. My great grandparents and grandparents lived there. They spoke German around us as kids so we couldn’t listen in on their conversations, I am sure there are many similar communities. I enjoyed your video.
@Dean:Glad you are moving again.
