@cory17 Good one. We spent a bundle on travels last year, but figured we should do it while we’re able. I visited D2 in Colorado and stayed at the Mother Cabrini Shrine (has anyone seen the movie?), visited friends in Great Britain (New Forest) and Norway on a Cunard Queen Victoria cruise with D1, and husband and his older brother spent six weeks driving all over the US and Canada visiting family, some of whom they hadn’t seen in decades. My best was taking two flights and a 3.5 hr drive to visit Imustloseit1 and meet in person after ten years of being friends on SP by phone, texts, packages, facebook, and email. I have a pile of pictures, wonderful memories, and a solid friendship with her and husband and their cats. Iowa farm life was brand new to me and quite exciting for this urban Florida person!

I’ve never found a way to post pics on the newsfeed or anywhere else from my iPad. I think I heard once that you have to download your pics elsewhere and then fiddle with it. I need something simple if anyone has suggestions.

Good afternoon all. @Sableness I can only post pictures on newsfeed from my phone. It's Android. I wish I could help but know nothing about iPads.

Here is a picture of the trees we got for the house, will be planted next week.

@Kurtize, LOVE The trees!! Nice idea to block the wind. LOL We got hardly any snow, but WAY TO MUCH WIND! What is Park womens luncheon?
@Cateaussie, Awww what a cutee dog!! By this time next week many will be on their teams. Exceptions may be those waiting for a team. We love those on the waiting for a team lists!! They help us to fill out any of the other teams who's members do not join (Rare, but happens!) but they'll be on shortly after!! WOOHOO!! If you'd like a hint right off, if you aren't currently tracking your food, WITHOUT SHAME! It's a great place to start. I'd recommend eating as you are unless you personally wish to tweak any changes. Also to be sure you are getting in the right calories unless you've recently joined MFP to from the home page click on the SETTINGS Button on the darker blue button (using computer/tablet). Next on the right hand side of the page click on Update Diet/Fitness Profile and update it. If you're doing these already there's more we can suggest, but without overhwelming you. We never want to do that! Please let us know if it is.
@Tabatha_Cain, Hope tonight goes well!! Curious what they do for fibro meds? I was diagnosed in the early 90s. I've adjusted to it. Is your phone an IPhone or Android? If it's an android use the app. It'll only it on the app. When the app opens on the bottom is a blue line click on NewsFeedNear the top you'll see Share Something. It has the camera icon there that'll give you 3 options the bottom one I've never used, but you can take a photo or choose a photo. Hope this helps.
@patti241, HI Patti, what did you do today?
@Sableness, thats so cool you did all that traveling!! I did a lot in my younger years. It's so much fun to meet others from here in person!! I've met the woman who was the Captain of the Spirited Under Dawgs back when we were on SParks Maryanngi. She lived in New Hampshire and I am in Maine, we were able to visit 4 pr 5 times. Sadly she was in a bad car accident though they did all they could, in the end ,, she had a living will filled out, she and I were very close friends, her Son and I signed the papers to honor her request since she had zero quality of life. I miss her still. I also met @Katljm !! She's a hot ticket that gal!! Her H is as nice as she is. They are so good together! Please ask on your team chat and see if anyone uses an Ipad to find out how to post, or better yet put a post on your newsfeed, I am SURE someone will answer it. And if not, you can always google it oops!! Siri it. LOL I am an android person.

Hello, I'm looking forward to the next challenge. I've only found it last summer & love doing it. @CateAussie it's fun. Your dog is so cute. I love dogs, we have 5. don't give up anything you don't want to to lose weight unless it's for a medical reason. Eat with a maintenance mindset, that is eat the things you would for the rest of your life, just fit them in your daily or weekly calories & focus on habit changes & if you're currently eating too much of one thing that you want to eat less of, just start with eating one less than you usually do & be kind to yourself.

    Good Morning Airport Friends:

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Friday. I have a doctors appointment this morning and then I will be going to work. Today is going to be a good day. I started my Fibro med yesterday and well the nausea was rough. I would yawn and feel like I was going to get sick, but I have to say that even day 1 and the pain all over was lessened. That was great. It was so nice to be able to move around without stiffness and pain and all that. It is so nice to have a doctor who believes me. I have been dealing with this since I was 15 with bad joints and they just told me to either stop marching band or use braces on my knees. So I used braces on my knees under my uniform. I was not giving up band. Good thing I did not or I would not have met my husband. Man he has been so good to me through all this. He really has been.

@Sableness - That sounds like a fun trip. I can't figure it out either. I am going to keep trying though.
@Kurtize - Those are some cute trees. They are going to be great when they grow up.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - Thank you. They actually started me on cymbalta. I took it yesterday for the first time and I have to say that I finally did not have a ton of pain. So we shall see. That does help thank you.

Well I hope you all have a wonderful Friday.

Happy Friday, going to a potluck ladies luncheon at our park today. @Dianedoessmiles1: The 55 + community we live in has all different activities, and this luncheon is one of them. It is a little cool outside, 54 and breezy, Kayla is at the groomers. Nothing else new or exciting. Hugs all

@Sableness - Great to be on the same team with you again! I think of you often and try to keep track of what you're doing on MFP. I'm not sure when I'll get back to St. Pete area - traveling gets harder and harder for me, but hopefully sometime next year.

    Good Morning Airport Friends:

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Sunday and it is going to be a good and busy day. I have laundry and several other things to get done today. Yesterday was chilly but sunny. That was a nice change since the day before that we had a snow storm and acquired 4 inches of snow. I look out my window this morning and there is still snow on the ground. Yesterday was not warm enough to melt it all. My backyard is still really covered in it.

@macrat12 - I do hope you enjoyed that casino. Our casino has wonderful restaurants in it which of course are expensive, but we only eat there once in a while.

Well I hope you all have a wonderful Sunday.
