    Week 4 Weigh-in:
    CW: 173.7
    PW: 173.9
    ~ .2 lbs loss
    Prev Weights:
    March 2024 SW: 175.6
    πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“Wk1: 175.6
    πŸ“πŸ“πŸ“Wk2: 172.8
    πŸ“πŸ“Wk3: 173.9
    πŸ“Wk4: 173.7
    What I’ve been tracking:
    Sat(Wk3; Day 7)
    • Track / Under / 20min Exercise?
      N / N / Y
    Fri(Wk3; Day 6)
    • Track / Under / 20min Exercise?
      Y / N / Y
    Previous week:
    • Net Calories (12233 / 10500)
      βŒβœ…βœ…βœ…βœ…βŒβœ…
      = Daily Avg: 1747 (Goal: 1500)
    • Net Carbs (785 / 350)
      βŒβŒβœ…βœ…βœ…βŒβŒ
      = Daily Avg: 112 (Goal: 50)
    • Steps (59858 / 70000)
      βŒβŒβœ…βŒβŒβŒβœ…
      = Daily Avg: 8551 (Goal: 10000)

    Summary:
~ I can kinda see why I didn’t do so well this week. I lacked the steps and didn’t stick to a low carb diet every day. Knowing that I had to come here and weigh in really did help me pull it together in the end

    Thus the step challenge... 😁

Congratulations on last week’s successful week, Shape Shifters β€” and welcome to our new members! We’re glad to have you on the team! I’ll look forward to getting to know you more and hope you find support here.

Today was a good day of tracking my food and I stayed within my daily calorie goal. My macro nutrient breakdown was too heavy on fats, probably due to the amount of cheese I ate. So, I’ll monitor the balance more tomorrow and try to add more protein so my weekly results are closer to my goals. I didn’t make it to my yoga class this morning because I wanted to get some grocery shopping and laundry done.

I had a full day of meetings and appointments this afternoon so I’m going to do some reading now to unwind. I felt good about the day, and thought I accomplished a solid number of tasks, but my watch is telling me I was too stressed 😰 so I hope I can make my watch a bit happier before I go to bed. 🀞

    The daily card:
There is so much beauty in the delicate. Butterflies, snowflakes, the little dandelion seeds that float along in the summer breeze. Spend a few hours intentionally moving through the day with that same delicacy, engaging fully with the reality of the world around your, with an attitude that is more like a feather than a brick. Notice how it feels to approach the world with such lightness.

Eating crap trying to keep stress under control- my mom is pretty much giving up on life it's only a matter of time she can't straighten her legs after her hip surgery and PT has been stopped b/c insurance won't pay for it - my Dad is a mess and I'm pretty much dealing with it here as my brother lives in Hawaii with his family
    That’s a tough situation! Prayers & hugs! πŸ’œπŸ™πŸ»

Apologies for my absence last week for the weigh in. My schedule was heavy and I didn't get a chance to check in. I had to coach three hockey practices, had two games of my own and then coached three games in a final tournament. I enjoyed it all but the extra practices added a bit too much to my plate and my stress has been high with work on top of it. I hope everyone is keeping well and those of you recovering from surgery, I hope you are making good progress to recover!
