    Week 1 April step challenge stats are due (Mar 31-Apr 6). Thanks to those that have posted already!

    On that note.. the final close out of March:

    We had three team members who reported their steps for the whole month. Shout out to @MaddawgMadsen @YinxFed and @StayFITTer for hanging in the whole month!

    Top steppers for March:

    And a big congrats to @StayFITTer who leveled up in the final week of March by increasing her steps by 10% over week 3.

    Had an okay weekend, Friday and Saturday I was feeling pretty terrible, there was no taming my allergies, my head was pounding, so no exercise was done, Yesterday I got some yard work done, and a little over 4mile hike, so it was a good day ! I absolutely love my new hiking boots, lots of puddles to jump in, and not one drop of moisture. :smiley:

    Today is Drs appt and then 30 minutes on the treadmill.

    Thursday, April 4 - 7,914 steps, 45 minutes of CrossFit
    Friday, April 5 - 6,512 steps, 60 minutes of spin
    Saturday, April 6 - 46 steps ... all parts of me needed a break
    Sunday, April 7 - 5,536 steps - probably closer to my 6k goal, but I had to put my watch on the charger
