Feeling better today. Was finally able to eat some toast last night for a total of 380 calories consumed. My heart rate was down to normal when resting yesterday. All I can figure is that I was first contact of this nasty stomach bug. The rest of my family didn’t have it as bad.1 -
I need the following people to post their steps ... Please have them in no later than Tuesday evening of the 14th so that I can post the results..Thank you

I have been having some pain in my knees for a couple weeks now. When I had my doctor's appointment last week - my doctor said to keep walking, and referred me to an orthopedic doctor (appointment tomorrow). I have been pushing through to get my step and cardio goals done. The last couple of days, have been hurting a lot so slowed down a little. Just did a stretch workout and a couple smaller walks. I am anxious about what the doctor will say tomorrow.

I hope all the mothers had a beautiful weekend. I spent the weekend with my mom. We went to a beautiful public garden on Saturday and had lunch together and then met up with my dad, brother and sister-in-law for dinner. I had a low key dinner at home last night and cooked for my parents. All in all it was a really great weekend just way too short.
