Our bolded members set a step goal for the week and met it! As always, if you want to... be bold (heehee), let us know how many steps you want to hit every day on average and we'll keep track of it for you! Most of us actually increased our steps this first week of May's challenge.
And a big shout out to @OllieAndEd2021! First week back in the walking challenge and already top 3!
We broke 2 MILLION steps last month. Do we have a goal for May or do we want to focus on our frenemy challenges?
This looks like a strong start for the month. We will really miss @daria0919 !1 -

Slow progress once again. Record steps and minimal weight loss whilst eating within calorie deficit π€
Iβm going to eat much cleaner this week - as although Iβm within calls, my water intake could be better and my sugar intake could be lower. Iβll address these and see what happensβ¦

I know this is water--most of my muscles are shrieking. Got into a wrestling match with a big gas powered mower yesterday. Toward the end, it threw the drive belt (it is self propelled, in theory) and I had to concede the match. Yay. Fun times.
Most recently, I have been using an electric powered that is tiny and light but the batteries weren't fully charged, so it couldn't finish. Gives me a ton of steps, because it has a small blade radius and doesn't require me to be in pain for three days after. Clearly I am out of shape and need to work on upper body strength.

@BodyTalking - thank you- these high step counts are few and far between and come as a result of an evening out dancing, which I love but donβt get to do too often unfortunately!

Back home from vacation, knew I was going to see an increase as I ate everything in sight and lived off slushy drinks. π€£ Not going to stress it as I had a great time and I'm sure some is water weight.
Am I able to be taken out of the goal zone? I'm setting a new goal of 115lbs and this group is an incredible motivator.
Aaand some vacation photos for good measure

@Marcy2890 - You got it! I'll shift you back into the normal weight-loss team. What prompted the shift to a new goal weight?

My steps were not that bad this week. Iβm hoping I can keep it up. I did walk twice on the treadmill last week but my feet are paying the price now. I think Iβm going to go get new sneakers. I havenβt been fitted for sneakers in a while, see what I can get to help. I am going to a new dr for the nerves pinching in my back and causing me issues with my left side so hopefully that will be helpful.2

π¬ 30+ years since I've been on a bike! But, I did it, rather wobbly at first and overly careful π The obstacles that came my way were like out of a slap-stick comedy, such as a football rolling in front of me and a little boy chasing it π Anyway, it was all in slow motion and no-one was hurt.
