Step challenge
Sorry to muck you about! Ive never walked much when I'm away from the rv so thought I'd leave the challenge ..... but this week I've discovered early morning walking before the temperatures soar here in Spain and I love it!
I can see me doing this everyday so I'm back in!

Sorry for the late weigh-in. Yesterday was non-stop and I had to leave work early for our son's club soccer team state semi-finals game (they were tied at the first half but lost in the back half of the game) so that's the end of his high school sports. His high school graduation party is tomorrow so it's going to be non-stop cleaning, organizing, setting up and stocking up today - so I should get a lot of steps in.2 -

Messed up my post yesterday - Should have said Thursday (and the steps were right on top - not on the bottom!) Yeesh - must be getting old! Happy Weekend! I got in a 1/2 mile walk - Woo Hoo. Was going to attempt to do my cardio routine standing - but ending up sitting down. Guess I'm not ready for that. I did meet my step goal - but again seated. I feel a little guilty counting it - but I'll take the win! Didn't get the rest of the house cleaned - hubby took down a tree yesterday that was blocking the sun for the garden. I watch while he drops the tree to make sure that he is safe. It got hung up in another tree (yes this is Dรฉjร vu the same thing happened the last time he dropped a tree)- so was out there until he could get it safely to the ground. Before I knew it the day was gone.

2. Limit Wine to the weekend, if at all.

4. Exercise 5 days a week (core/strength train/cardio)
5. Consistently hit 10k steps - Goal 20+ days.
6. Daily reads or audible.
Recap: June! Welcome! This is an exciting month for me as my house closes on the 25th, and we will be moving on the 28th. It's a little sad as I've gotten very used to the on-site gym at my apartment, so I'll have to start thinking about how I will continue exercising with the equipment that I have.
My focus this month is on nutrition and macros.
Planning at the lower end of the calorie range but leaving room for "other" stuff.

Was an off the rails day for me. Ate what I wanted, no exercise. I did track everything, was 600 calories above my goal! The one saving grace was that it was not sodium related - was actually under that goal. I was pleasantly surprised I was only a tenth of a pound on the scale this morning - was expecting a much higher jump - might show up on the scale tomorrow. Back to it today!

Definitely Christmas - Halloween is not my thing either. In fact - sometimes I turn off my lights and pretend I'm not home Halloween night (sorry! ๐คญ).
