Good morning. It is not going to be as hot today but it will still be in the 40’s C with the humid. I thought losing all the weight would make me tolerate heat better especially since I find the cold more. Anyone else find this? Only time I like it to be this hot is when I am on a beach with a pina colda in my hand. I will aim for better steps today.

The most daring thing I ever did was jump out of a plane. I am terrified of heights and I broke my leg on my second jump. I went one more time but I decided not to go anymore. While it was an awesome feeling floating down once the chute opened the fear of climbing out on the strut of the plane and letting go was too much.1 -

Thanks for the reminder. Here is my weigh in. Funny thing, woke up and couldn't get back to sleep. So I got up and did my MFP stuff - weighed in at a 146.4, pretty disappointed with myself. Then finally went back to be at 4:00 AM and woke up at 7:00 - got back on the scale 145.4. so I am going with that! 😁

Wow maintaining while on a vacation is great. It’s all those laps you are doing. Swimming burns a ton of calories.1 -

A rest from the beach day yesterday. Lap swim at the pool in the AM. Then more walking around the city, stopped for Sushi for lunch. Then came back to our hotel, watched a movie. Self sabatoged after being happy about maintaining my weight. It started off with having a couple of drinks. Always makes me throw caution to the wind, which is why I have mostly given up alcohol. Went out for ice cream and then to the to store and picked up some munchies (not a good thing), chocolate (it is dark chocolate) and stuff for dinner. A bumpy ride, but life is filled with those - back at it today - hoping for smooth sailing.2 -
What is your current passion project?
I am working on fabric photo albums... I would someday like to make a business out of it ...which I would name all occasions fabric photo albums...1 -

This is a very inspiring post. What an amazing loss. Did you do anything in particular to get the extra 1000 steps each day? Great week. Next stop, onderland.
Thank you! I work from home so I found it hard getting steps in so I just make sure I move every hour. I also will do a lap or 2 outside on my break.1 -

Are you always late or Always early?
I am always early ..I hate to be late for anything1 -
I was (am?), unfortunately, the late person. It's something I've always hated about myself and have been trying to fix for years. Lately, something clicked a little and I've had some success with being on time and sometimes *gasp* even early.
I am no longer the friend people expect to be late all the time.1 -

Rented a car, took a scenic drive all around the island. Beautiful day, no exercise. Greg is feeling a little yucky, so will probably just relax today by the pool or on the beach.
