Argh - late posting this two weeks in a row! Apologies for making you send out the reminders. Very busy week and weekend but not all work - certainly some fun too. For fathers day, Susan is getting me an Apple watch since I've been without my Fitbit for almost a year now (it was collecting steps but the screen was out so it would run out of juice and I wouldn't know it until later so i finally stopped wearing it. I'll pick one out later this week and hopefully that will help inspire more steps and exercise. Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there!2 -

I hope all the fathers in the group had a great Fatherโs Day. I am waiting until this coming weekend to treat my husband as there was so much food left over from Saturday. We ended up eating Chinese food which of course cause a big jump on the scale due to sodium. We are under a heat advisory for the next 4 to 5 days. There will be no relief from the heat even at night. I plan on reigning in my eating this week. Enough is enough. Weighing, measuring and logging accurately is my plan.
