As you can see, I've been easing off at the weekends because my leg hurts.yesterday's sky

Reading up on the differences in sugar and sugar alcohols and I now understand the production processes and side effects. 'Sugar-free' products contain sugar-alcohols because they're not classed as sugar. So, yes, it's sugar-free but it's misleading in my opinion.
I know that if you're diabetic, you'll have advice from doctors. For me, I'll stick to normal sugar if I add it to anything.
The following makes sense to me now:
"Tooth decay Sugar is fermented by bacteria in your mouth, which can produce acids that damage tooth enamel and increase the risk of tooth decay. Sugar alcohols don't contribute to tooth decay, because the bacteria in your mouth can't ferment them.
In fact, xylitol and erythritol can even help prevent tooth decay, which is why it's often used in toothpastes and mints or sugar-free gum."

Started off week strong but ugh…ended poorly.
Weighing in today because I will be on work travel rest of week. At least there is a hike involved.
SW:218.4

I can tell much of that increase is due to water retention. I seem so much more sensitive to that as I age.
Need to work better in tracking my food.
