@chocohollic - I can excuse you for last week, not a problem! Losing track of our routines every once in a while is not the end of the world. The most important thing is that we get back to it when it matters.1 -

Bad steps week - was recovering from my sprained knee - it’s doing much better now. I’m glad I rested with ice, elevation and ibuprofen.

A lot of stress with work right now (I have been trying to get on top of the stress eating) so to be honest I am quite pleased it is not more up. I am progressing with my 10k running plan so hopefully this helps burn extra calories4
