    Hi all 👋.
    @minstrelofsarcasm i’ve dropped the ball - I forgot to weigh myself on Saturday (a really busy few days with lots of travelling Friday to Sunday meant I lost track of days)…what shall I do as I have no weigh in info to give you 🙁…

    @chocohollic - I can excuse you for last week, not a problem! Losing track of our routines every once in a while is not the end of the world. The most important thing is that we get back to it when it matters.

    Bad steps week - was recovering from my sprained knee - it’s doing much better now. I’m glad I rested with ice, elevation and ibuprofen.

    A lot of stress with work right now (I have been trying to get on top of the stress eating) so to be honest I am quite pleased it is not more up. I am progressing with my 10k running plan so hopefully this helps burn extra calories
