Newly rejoining, had some success with my weight loss journey but unfortunately put it all back on again and then gained an additional 6kg just to make it super fun. Nothing exciting - just took my eye off the ball and didn’t prioritise my health. Hoping coming back to the weekly checkins will help me stay accountable.

Weigh In Date Monday, BTW NOT Monday august 5th usual weigh in!!! but rather Weds August 7, 2024 JULY 22, 2024 when I returned after driving for 14 hours.

    GoalWeight: 174 lbs

LastWeek: 199.0 lbs (last weigh in was July 22, 2024 before the trip.)

Pictures along the way. Lots of friends, family, neighbors from GA, NC, VA, PA, NJ, NY . LOTS of decadent eating and food, late eating, crazy schedules, etc etc.

    - glad to be back. Now to 'recover' from my 'vacation'.

8 days to my 65th birthday. YIKES how the hell did this happen?

Though perhaps with some extra pounds overall it looks like you are making the most of your 64 year 357 days.
