    My ghoul for October is to stay in my calorie budget 6 of 7 days per week minimum

    I will think of a reasonable goal for the month. I started back running, I mean really light jogging. It feels great! I'm up to 2 miles. So, that is good progress. I might try to make it to 3 by the end of the month. We'll see.

    I have been fighting this stupid half pound for the last month. At least I have been generally consistent with my weight as I’ve been able to stay at 202. I just really have to tighten up my diet because clearly something isn’t working.

    It was a cold and frosty morning as shown on the car window, but lovely for walking.
    I love the hill views and the peace and autumn colours on the river.
    The dentist office with the cash machine at the door always makes me smile.
    The dog memory tree is sweet. And the yellow lines are where I turned for home and breakfast. It’s the kind of day I could have walked forever but I have a mission to deliver my church’s excess knitted poppies to Anne’s church who want to make a poppy fall but don’t have many knitters and weren’t given enough notice the minister would like one lh38npm9zgf2.jpegthink this might help.
