@Tabatha_Cain Sorry your guy forgot your birthday; the only reason mine doesn't is because it's the day before his ex-wife's birhday and the kids always remind him as well! LOL! He didn't exactly say happy birthday, he said, "Oh, so you're another year older!" Hopefully, your kids made it a special day for you!

@SweetPeasMom55 The sink looks AMAZING! Great work!

Hi all happy Wednesday, we got Kayla a costume, the only one in her size was a banana, so Don has been calling her banana head. Will take pictures, hopefully she will be cooperative. Nothing else is new, hugs and blessings all.

HI ALL!! Catching up here!! I had put on 13 lbs of fluid (I'm in congestive heart failure) taking the extra meds, exhausts me a lot. PHEW right now another 3 lbs go to and WOOHOO!! WOW!! About 10 lbs came off in the last 24. TY TY TY TY for your patience and continuing to post!! WTG!! You all ROCK IT!!
@Tabatha_Cain, were you able to learn the billing? As a consumer, I'd want to know that also. LOL I can make a dollar bill stretch so it works like a 20!! My Dad always loved to brag about the way I do things. Oh, I am not cheap (he taught me eons ago buy a good quality of things you like you'll save $$ in the end, he was right!) Every year we'd shop around for car insurance, for a bit we tried to bundle the car and our places, but the 2 of us live in different places (next door to each other as you know we had no issues with car sharing in this aspect). With the struggle of hitting a number and not losing, can you do some mindfulness around that? YOU ARE WORTH the BYE BYE to the weight you do not want, and you are a VERY STRONG woman!! LOOK at what you just went through with working, in the end, see how well it turned out. It was not at all easy for you!! That was a huge struggle mixed with fear, but as you look back at it,, HERO!! YOU DID IT!! YOU TABATHA ARE STRONG!
@Lopeyp , HEY WELCOME BACK!!! WOW!! That sounds like an awesome trip!! Other than the illnesses. So happy you got to go!! I'd LOVE to visit where my grandparents are from. I'd have to do that alone or maybe with a cousin or 2. My brothers would not be interested, neither would my friends. It's in Vermont only 4 hours away. That must have been quite the experience!! Were you able to meet any relatives? That would be awesome!! Your picture is magnificentO!
@Ronnie_happy2ranch , men are so strange and yet, so necessary.
@Kurtize, LOLOL POOR KAYLA!!! Awwwww Izzy and a batman mask (NOT For halloween, I had it and posting it because awwww it's cute!

    Good Morning VIP friends:

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Thursday and it is Halloween. I am hoping to have a good day. Today I will be working and hopefully getting a decent amount of people signed up for AAA memberships. That would be nice. I got 2 memberships yesterday. I am really excited about getting those as well. So I have a total of 3. We don't really have a number we have to get right now, so that is not an issue, but we do get paid when we hit over 10 memberships we start getting paid. So that is nice.

@Ronnie_happy2ranch - He did say he did not really forget we just did not have the money for any gifts or anything. I told him I did not care about gifts I just wanted to spend time with him. Which we did not do so I was upset. He did end up apologizing.
@Kurtize - Our puppy isn't really a hold still kind of puppy. She likes to wiggle about so getting her into a costume right now would not have happened. Your costume sounds cute though. The nickname banana head also sounds adorable.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - Yes we are learning about billing. Little bits at a time though. I am struggling right now with the last bit of weight to come off. I have like 7 pounds go to.

Well I hope you all have a wonderful Thursday.

    HALLOWEEN
On October 31, Halloween brings out the ghouls and goblins, creatures, and strange folk. They come creeping about the neighborhood seeking favors over trickery.
    #Halloween
People of all ages look forward to Halloween traditions. While dressing up and baking, we carve up glowing pumpkins. Children breathe life into storybook characters while practicing their trick or treat. In twos and threes, they traipse through the neighborhood, collecting their bounty in pillow sacks. A ghost, a pirate, a robot or Dorothy, and Toto. No matter their age, they come to the door. They knock or ring. Here and there, a screech or a boo!

@Dianedoessmiles1 Mine did take me out for dinner! :p

@Tabatha_Cain that's great that you were able to both communicate your feelings after all. Same, I would rather have the company and at least the words versus gifts. :)

@Dianedoessmiles1 - I do have some cousins in Italy but I don't know them and they don't know me. LOL! One of my cousins here went there about 40 years ago and she couldn't communicate with them.
Sorry about your health issues. I hope the meds are helping.

Went on a nice hike with our seniors hiking group. It was such a lovely day in Boston today.

@Tabatha_Cain, WAHHHH I had you all answered and hit the wrong button OFF into CYBER LAND IT WENT!!! Woo-hoo on the job you are almost 1/2 way to the 1/2 way goal!! WTG!!! With your weight are you almost at your end goal? Or a yearly goal? I was right on track for the year, but my foolish heart decided to add in 13 lbs of fluid!! It is so much work to take that off (meds do it) at least I've never had to be hospitalized for it!! When they said I had congestive heart failure one of the nurses who stayed with me (When they were preparing me to be almost to sleep to do a heart catheterization there was a knock on the door. A gentleman had just been brought into the ER who was having a heart attack they "ASKED" me if I minded if he went first. I about JUMPED OFF the table so they could bring him right on in!! They were very impressed I was that willing to let him go first!! I INSISTED On it, but I believe they were being polite. no doubt they would of taken him first anyways. They told me when they took me back in because I asked "Did he make it? I know you can't say anything real, but did he?" They were all smiles they had!! The nurse told me at that time "Get used to being in the hospital from here on A LOT!" But, I do as they say weigh DAILY!! I see the gains as they happen. I've not had to be hospitalized for days on end with it so far.
@Patti241, has it been warm for you? Here today 75!! YO!!! We are usually in the lower to mid 50s.
@Ronnie_happy2ranch , COOL he does that!! How did the day go? Ronnie and I are both on the Positively Strong 4 Life team. She's awesome!
@Lopeyp, NICE on being in Boston today!! I just waved to the south for you! I am 2 hours up 95. I hadn't thought about the different language issues!!OOOPS!! makes sense! Today Boston must of been 75 to 80? We hit 75.
@Kurtize, OH MY Kayla looks ADOGABLE!! oh my!! THE CUTENESS!!! I'd have her wear that often.

Hope everyone has had a fun Halloween! I unfortunately live in one of those areas where kids are scarce -- I haven't had a trick-or-treater to my house in probably 10 years. :( Makes me kinda sad, but nothing I can do to change it.

The weather here has been amazing!! I think it got up to 78 or 79 degrees ... it was really a nice change to go out to walk the pup without needing my jacket! (The past few mornings have been COLD!!). If there's one thing Massachusetts is good at is keeping you on your toes weather wise!! hahaha I wish I had taken part of the day off to go visit the beach, but alas -- between work & school, I've been at the computer all day.

Hope everyone is looking forward to a great weekend!!

    Good Morning VIP Friends:

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Friday and it is going to be a great end to the week. Tomorrow is my Father in law's birthday. So we will be going there for his birthday. Also to bring him some trees. I ordered some Norway Spruce trees from the Arbor Day Foundation as the company I work for did something with them for Earth Day last year. I finally got the trees which will be going out to my in laws property. So that is pretty awesome. I cannot wait to see them grow.

@Ronnie_happy2ranch - We try really hard to make sure we are communicating properly
@Kurtize - She is so adorable. She definitely does not like that costume.
@Dianedoessmiles1 - I am that close to my end goal. The doctor recommended either 150 or 155 for my weight. I am at 157.6 so super close. I am sorry you are now having trouble with your heart and fluid gain.
@cinebibliophile - Sorry your house has any trick or treaters. Oh I am loving the warm weather. It is great.

Well I hope you all have a great Friday.

AUTISTICS SPEAKING DAY | November 1
    AUTISTICS SPEAKING DAY
We all look at the world in our own unique ways. However, people with autism experience the world differently from most of us. They approach the world in often novel ways. Maybe one of the most important ways we all connect to and understand the world is through communication. Autistics Speaking Day on November 1 encourages autistic people to tell their stories using whatever means works for them. And everyone else is encouraged to listen, hear, read and comprehend their stories from their point of view.
    #AutisticsSpeakingDay
On November 1, autistic people will flood the internet with their challenges and their celebrations, their interests and their dislikes. They will speak about their rights and advocacy in many languages. Some may speak with art, others with poetry or memes. They may also be speaking through podcasts. Their words and stories may be difficult to hear, but they will be speaking. But, most importantly, they will be speaking about themselves for themselves. And if you want to understand, it will be a day for you to listen.

@cinebibliophile , Waving from the north of you (Depending on where you are in MA) Greater Portland ME area. I did go to Ferry Beach yesterday for YOU!! Isn't that nice? You loved watching the water, the sea grass blowing nicely in the breeze and of course the warmth of the sun!! You were smiling the entire time.
OH YEAH!! You saw a man doing kiteboarding!!
    4cyjts290a4d.png
@Tabatha_Cain, What a nice gift for your FIL!!! I am sure he'll love watching them grow!! What a very thoughtful gift!!! Thanks!! I'll have to deal with the heart stuff and have been. When you all suddenly do not see me, I'm just going through something. I do bounce back though!! I am fortunate many suddenly have a heart attack some do not recover. I'm able to hold the kids and talk to them, many do not get that chance (grandkids). Since I am now retired, I am also fortunate that I do not have to worry about losing my job or medical bills drowning me. Many are so far in debt they'll never climb out. Brrr it's getting cold out after being in the 70s, almost 80s!! Yesterday I think they said we hit 79 in OCTOBER!! But, we know I ADORE SNOW!! Hehehehehe sorry for those who do not live in the snow zone.
@Patti241, can you please send some of that rain up herah? November ALREADY!!
@Ronnie_happy2ranch you make us smile. You are such a HARD WORKER!! You have your vision and are working towards it. I love November!
@Kurtize, we know November 5th will be very stressful for you. We are walking with you. Thinking of you. Hopefully once the 5th is over, you and Don work on his recovery and go forward.

    NATIONAL SANDWICH DAY
Whether you stack it high or thin, National Sandwich Day on November 3rd recognizes one of America's favorite lunch items.
    #NationalSandwichDay
The sandwich is believed to be the namesake of John Montagu, 4th Earl of Sandwich, following the claim that he was the inventor of the sandwich. No matter who invented it, we celebrate every kind of sandwich.
While the modern sandwich is believed to be named after John Montagu, the exact circumstances of its invention and original use are the subject of debate. There is a rumor in a contemporary travel book titled Tour to London, by Pierre Jean Grosley, that formed the popular myth that bread and meat sustained Lord Sandwich at the gambling table. It is said that Lord Sandwich was a very conversant gambler and did not take the time to have a meal during his long hours playing at the card table. When hungry, he would ask his servants to bring him slices of meat between two slices of bread. This practice was a habit that was well known to his gambling friends who soon began to order “the same as Sandwich,” and from this, the sandwich was born.

@Patti241 , a throughout Oct we'd be in the 50s, then suddenly in the mid to high 70s! This week again. It used to be "we better get a turkey in case we can't go to Grandma's." We lived less than 10 mins away, but the snow could be waist high. That rarely happens now.

    Good Morning VIP friends:

I hope you are all doing well this morning. Today is Monday and it is going to be an interesting day. Joe took the day off work. He has an appointment at 9 am for a job interview and then he has the rest of the day free. I am excited to have him home with me. That is going to be an interesting change. I love the idea of him being home with me today. That is going to be awesome. Chloe sure will love it. Today is rainy. Which is not unusual for November early on. I think at some point we will have some snow as that usually already happens by November 1st. At least a small dropping of snow that does not stick. This year it has been fairly warm. I hope that doesn't say we are going to have a deep freeze for winter.

Well I hope you all have a wonderful Monday
