I did a 5k run at a slightly faster pace than usual. Also went for what was meant to be a short walk, but my son fell asleep in his wagon. Since he decided to skip his nap, I walked around for a bit longer, letting him sleep for a few extra minutes. Judging by how the evening went, it was not enough.
In the afternoon, we had a quick doctor appointment to get an X-ray done for one of the boys. Today, we have physical and speech therapies in the morning, and might go to the store in the afternoon mainly to walk around, but should be a relaxed day.3 -

I'm getting frustrated. I'm just bouncing around the same 2 lbs or so. I guess I'm still just eating too much, either through inaccurate calorie counting or goals set too high.
I'm going to make soup this weekend for lunches next week. It has helped before and some of my lunches have been higher calories than I would like. I'm also going to do my best to be as accurate as possible with my tracking. Hopefully I can get the scale moving in the right direction.7 -

Hello Shape Shifters. I haven't been checking in much because I have been a bit sick. Wednesday was the worst and I took my tracker off because I was tired of it telling me to get up and walk, lol. So very low steps that day. Yesterday was a bit better and so is today. I am just very cold and a bit dizzy. My food has been all over the place because I didn't have the energy to cook. Plan to go back to 'normal' tomorrow. Tinus has been lazy and sitting on my lap a lot, very cozy.
I ordered some sport shirts for the gym with short sleeves, but sent them back again the same day. The neckline was way too big so when you bend over, everyone can enjoy your boobs. So frustrating. Isn't that like the main thing you test when designing sport shirts for women? I really don't get it. It is also really hard to judge that from pictures, they looked fine. Anyway, I found some mens shirt that looked promising and I should get those tomorrow. Today I got some head & shoulders shampoo delivered. I am taking this hair growing serious this time! One reason why I shaved my head is because my scalp gave me a lot of trouble, so I hope this shampoo will work for me. That's my little update for now. Happy Friday everyone7 -

Good morning everyone! The past week has been an absolute whirlwind with school/work starting back up. I didn't even realize I'd forgotten my weigh-in last week until this morning when I looked at my check-in date! I'm going to post my weigh-in tomorrow, but I'm so sorry for the lapse.
My big focus this week was getting back in the groove work-wise and still keeping up my habits-- like drinking water, cutting down on sweets, and eating homemade meals-- which I feel I succeeded at, for the most part. I definitely slipped on tracking things, but tried to make up for it by using things that I knew the rough calorie counts for and being mindful of how my clothes fit. Exercise also went down, though my steps are higher overall.3 -

My left knee has improved somewhat. I went to the grocery store this morning and managed to make it through the whole store! Now that I have more mobility, I’m hoping to spend more time in the kitchen. We have another blast of cold weather heading our way so I think chili will be on the menu.
One month until our trip to Vegas! I would love to drop some weight before then because I know it will help my joints. But as long as I can keep my knee from getting worse, I should be able to manage it.6 -

i feel like there's something off with my scale. i guess we'll see what the trend is for the next few days.
@Zaxa2021 i feel the same with no real progress, but if i take an honest look at things i've been half heartedly tracking, plus nibbling on small handfuls of things like nuts and not counting properly. this past week i really buckled down and had about 4-5 good days, but today my schedule was off so things kinda fell apart. consistency is so hard.6 -
