    2 emergency visit for our oldest dog,,,was close but she came home was not her time to

    2 celebrated our 28 Anniversary with dinner out
    3 our youngest dog bday she turned 2
    4 wash dishes and tidy the living room
    5 read my daily mindfulness books and journal

    That is awesome mucky! I probably haven't even got a 10th of those steps But I did make my arms tired today so I will consider that a win.

    Great job on that walk @mucky1217! Only indoor for me right now.

    1. Did a 35 min (indoor) walk before work
    2. Had a lot of virtual meetings but kept my standing desk up all day
    3. Stood in the sun for 5 minutes
    4. Did a 20 min (indoor) walk after work to released a BUNCH of stress
    5. Played with my pups

    So I will admit. I looked at this thread yesterday... after being praised by meg and mucky for breathing and skipped posting because I didn't do jack. Ok so I breathed but I didn't do anything else while breathing. But today I was much better.

    2. Got 6,000 steps (short shopping trip)

    I will have to make up the missed strength exercise tomorrow. Going to be crappy weather so will likely be on the exercise bike more. Bummed I missed walking outside while it was nice out.

    1) Went for ANOTHER walk around the block (two days in a row woohoo!)
    2) I resisted the urge to order McDonald's and had a Taylor Farms Sunflower Crunch Salad Kit and added chicken and feta to it
    3) Stood up for myself and put in for PTO tomorrow because I am hanging on by a thread
    4) Snuggled the kitty as much as possible

    4 I did not exercise need to set up program but was happy in 4 hours I already had 4000 steps in
