Updated medical supplies/scrips and will start close marker tracking and food diary for upcoming 6m chkup.

It is so easy to just stop when i don't need to report in…

Which makes me wonder, why will i do these things for others and slide on it otherwise... urgh. Think i'll ponder that a bit.

@Athijade - over weightloss cals or maintenance level cals?

Asking because... i used the setup to lose 1 lb a week which set weight loss target cals for me.

So if i eat a little, just barely extra, i'm still under maintenance level... i am considering that flex cals - for special occasions, whatever...

For me, i am struggling to downsize expectations from feast eat out at restaurant quantity to lose weight. Pretty big diff - shocking... Restaurant meals are like a whole day or 2 days food... crazy! Tracking is sure eye opening...

Once read a book called 'the spectrum' and the main idea was that we always have a range of choices (think on a line from good to better to best) and that we can choose what works best for us with everything that is happening. - so, this one choice, we might choose the smaller candy bar and that was a good choice considering everything. Next eating time we make a choice from whatever next time.

    Very empowering.
