Here is an example of single line posting:

    First line
    Second line
    3rd line
    And so on…!

Does anyone know how to do single line carriage returns from their phone? I think you can do it by copying/pasting from another document (someone told me that, I think). I might try it tonight. I'm wondering whether there's another way…

I ended up doing 12,002 steps by the time I went to bed yesterday!

Sober Spring going well with 7 days AF under my belt. I am aiming not to drink alcohol on my birthday coming up on Monday. That will be some kind of record I think.

    Hi everyone,

    Here again and checking in.

@SunnyDays930, one slip up after 28 days is no small feat. I think of this as an ongoing journey toward wellness.

The occasional lapse will NOT defeat us! Unlike "AA", that constantly makes us start over (and over again) at "Day One", I truly believe that the consective number of days is less important than the total number of days and, more importantly, the continual effort, so long as we don't turn a relapse into a "collapse" and go back to drinking almost every day and/or to excess!

    AF since March 19th, 2025

Don't give in, never give upand enjoy your day, (You are not alone!)
