But do keep in mind the distinction between the TOOL (counting calories) and the ACTION you are currently attempting (restricting calories).

The TOOL can be used to maintain or gain too! So don't tarnish it by labeling and associating it with the restriction!πŸ€” πŸ˜›

coffee so far! We shall see if I can "save for lunch" :-)

I still remember my shock as to how much jacket potatoes were going for in London… and that they were one of the cheapest lunch options out there! (and I might date myself a bit if I mention how many years ago this was… possibly Ms Tea was out of diapersβ€”but it could be a close call!)

Dare I ask the current price for a "chicken salad sandwich meal deal", presumably as offered at an NHS eating facility?

Just doing cereal (honey bunches of oats) with lactose free milk and a banana this week. This may be my breakfast for a few weeks as work is insane plus my eye injury (see Share Your Day post lol).

Werewolves eat avocado? And they send their banks on a holiday? Oh my… these are pretty advanced werewolves that you have out there by the moors! Now just a tiny bit of fog! ;-)

Or are you trying to offer garlic to your friendly vampires? hmmm????

I should go brush my teeth now! πŸ˜…

On general preferences leaning towards self preservation I would avoid any encounters with either species, garlic or no garlic! 🀯

Lol, yep, spoon safer to eat from than a knife. Swapped my bread for a cold juicy orange - but not inclined to smear the pb on the orange. ;)

Went with the quinoa turkey veg soup for lunch.

    What's Laurie having for breakfast?

I did my coffee pot and three out of the five cookies in my nairn's oat and chia and coconut pack.

I had pre - eaten the other two at about 2:05 when we got back from our evening / early morning shambling..... barely 4km in 1.5 hours!πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ In case you're counting that's 1.6 mph πŸ™„πŸ˜³

Can't remember yesterday :) - but I think "spooned" peanut butter and 3 clementines since that is my norm - unless I run out of clementines than its PB on a plate and apple slices.
Thank you for "spooned" PB - love it :) That was today too!

Spooned requires a scale young ladies, especially if you then straighten the jar!!!!🀯

  • lauriekallis
    lauriekallis Posts: 5,269 Member

First put spoon on scale and set to zero - then scoop peanut butter and weigh :) 6 grams average :)

Better... Put on jar on scale. Zero and note in case scale times out πŸ€ͺ

    Then spoon ..

    And watch negatives (=consumption) increase!!😘

If it does time out, dig up the note and invest in higher math!😳

    Coffee, black, 532g (38.1g of grains 🀣🀣🀣)

52.7g chia coconut oat 30% less sugar cookies πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

super low; but not no, calorie Robinson's syrup diluted 1:3 (not 1:4), which, rebel that I am, I do not even count into my totals!!!!!

*But I only measure the grains to around 38g, the rest is automated so for all i know it is 525 or 535g instead of the 532 is set at!!πŸ€ͺ
