    @DrewsAnna Beautiful flowers !

@Katmary71 I did ! :) I had a good time though I felt guilty. Thank you! How nice to spend time with your nephew. Awww, I'm glad that the kittens are doing so well. I hope you can catch the rogue one. Did you make yoiur muffins?

@Littlebabekitty Congrats on the loss ! You are doing the work and it shows!

@Cornanda Ugh , yes they are! I hope we get a few more years out of this one. I ended up doing some crafts yesterday but hope to do more tomorrow! I hope all is well. Good that it was a decent work week. I hate when I wake up that early and it happens all too often! I hope you get the nap in.

Hi all. My husband wanted to skip the gym and get coffee before the concert as he was tired, so that's what we did. We ended up getting to the concert after it already started so we had to sit far from the band and couldn't see people dancing. Next week, we'll get there earlier. I'm not sure we are going to the gym this morning. I assume we are, but we have to do a lot today: we are going to a family reunion 2 hours away and have to make macaroni salad for it. We also have to pick up my MIL to go with us, and also pick up ribs from a restaurant. It depends on how late my husband sleeps in. I was able to do some crafts yesterday: I made some Halloween pins and earrings of my dogs' faces using printable shrinky dinks + UV resin. I'm happy with how they turned out, I have to redo a couple of the pins but overall, they are cute.

    Tracked yesterday? Yes

By the way, my pin is a picture of a tweaked-out pug, and it says "Pugs: God's little weirdos" on it.

@Katmary71 Thank you so very much for your kind words! You are such a dear friend, as many others on here have become. I’ve always been amazed at the power of the Internet to bring people together. Not only did it give me my Joe, but also some amazing Slimpossible friends! 😍 Ohh my that is so scary how sick Chewy got. Thanks goodness you kept a cool head and got the help he needed and now he is back and ready to play!

@micaroo4 You company is lucky to have you working for them and taking your job so seriously. 😊

@19shmoo69 You stole my answer!! 😂😂

@DrewsAnna I love seeing all your pretty flowers! 😍

@Cornanda Joe has an appointment at the end of July with his Geriatric primary doctor. I plan to ask her for a recommendation so he can be evaluated. There are several in our town, and I don’t want to accidentally lock myself into something before talking to Joe’s doctor, who has been with him for 18 years. I'm very glad that you and your mom had a time when she could express her love for you. The mother-daughter relationship is complicated at best. Fortunately, right now my mom is healthy and living her carnivore hermit best life, so I don’t have to deal with her, but I’m sure the day is coming.🙄 And yes, God does love me and that knowledge is what gets me out of bed and moving forward. He loves you, too, my friend. Ohhhh upcoming news has me speculating! I miss furniture shopping! 😁

@trooworld   Bummer that you couldn’t see the dancing at the concert. That is the best part of any concert, in my opinion! For some reason I'm following that retirement community The Villages, that is down in Florida. They have an open area where people gather to drink and dance. Nothing better than watching Boomers get their groove on! 🤣I love the crafts and those earrings and pin are a hoot! I hope you have a great time at the family reunion. 🙂

Good morning! Joe had one of his famous passing out moments when he got out of bed this morning. Took over an hour to get him back to himself so he could eat and take his pills. I try to avoid this by giving him his low blood pressure meds as soon as he sits up, but this time it didn’t work. He is on the couch now, and I’m watching him on the monitor. I need to do laundry and mop the floors this morning, but that is about it. Have a good day! 🙂
ICE BREAKER QUESTION: What is your favorite seasonal summer vegetable? Definitely NOT tomatoes! 😦I love corn on the cob and zucchini in the summertime.

    Hi 👋

I didn't do a whole lot yesterday, I got all the bedding, couch covers, doggo blankets, etc washed and dried... and that was about it. I have to say, there is nothing like climbing into fresh, clean sheets.

I made shrimp scampi last night from all fresh, clean ingredients and it was so good. It was so easy to, I was a bit intimidated because it just sounds "hard"… but it was oh so good....

I need to do some dusting today, my allergies have been worse this year than normal. I'm not sure why, but they are.

It's kind of dark and chilly this morning, it's supposed to be in the low to mid 70's, and the sun is supposed to come out this afternoon.

Look what I got yesterday, natural air purifiers. I haven't had any spider plants in a long time.

    20250718_145944.jpg

    Excuse my messy table....

    Y'all have a great day 😀

@gemwolf110 @micaroo4 Congratulations on being in the green!

@alimalli86 - Hurray for staying level this week. Keep at it!

@digger61 — What a great weigh -in! Under 205! You’ll be in onederland soon!

@DrewsAnna - Mmm, clean sheets! I love that, too! The plants are huge and pretty. The shrimp scampi adventure sounds great! Oh, and your flower pictures were glorious!

@TeresaW2024 - You are such a pro at handling Joe’s lightheadedness. Also, this -- “”my mom is healthy and living her carnivore hermit best life -- made me smile, as my mom is a bit of a hermit. Thanks for the reminder that that’s their best life for some folks! Summer zucchini - yum!

@trooworld -- Your shrinky dinks are such fun! By the way, your tracking every day is inspiring. You are so great about that.

@Cornanda - Yes, I live in Austin. I stuck it in my MFP handle back when I chose because it seemed like a nice name. I am not from Austin, but have been here long enough to love the place.

@baodell17724 - LOL. Thanks for making me smile. Yes, off-plan food, even when the bites are teeny weeny, does lead to sad moments at weigh-in. You are such a trooper, though, I know you will be back at it this week. You are on your way to Onederland!

@littlebabekitty - Boom! What a great weigh-in! Hurray for all your hard work this last week! Keep it up!

@Katmary71 - Wow, those herb bundles sounds amazing. I have a buge weakness for fresh herbs especially basil. “Professional muffin making skills“ -- aww! I am so glad the kitten that scared you is now doing so well. I hope you caught kitten #7. Oh, and we agree on the glory of tomatoes, especially heirloom. You are going to inspire me to plant a garden this fall. First, I need to work on the back yard so that I can protect an area from the chickens. They are sweeties, but no garden will survive them, I think.

A quick check-in. I walked/jogged a 10K on the treadmill this morning and have been a bit zonked since then. My husband is off with friends for board game night. I am going to make a salad and watch the rest of The Thirty-Nine Steps (1978). I am also going to snuggle with my two rescue cats, and I will tuck in the chickens in a bit. When DH gets back, I’ll see about a short neighborhood walk, just to keep my streak going. OK, off to make that salad!

@AustinRuadhain Thank you yep we’re heirloom tomato sisters! What are your favorite things to make with them? I made Skinnytastes Chicken Caprese Skillet with zoodles for dinner, debating on making sauce or just having blistered tomatoes in a summer pasta with veggies. DO plant a fall garden! Too bad you aren’t here we’re gearing up to do the garden club fall plant sale and I just got permission to use the greenhouse again for it. Chickens are definitely hard on gardens! Hope you enjoyed your night at home with the kitties!

@DrewsAnna I agree I love getting in bed with fresh clean sheets! You go with the shrimp scampi that sounds delicious. Those are beautiful spider plants! I currently don’t have one and miss it, one of my cats liked tearing off the fronds and killed it.

@TeresaW2024 How do you watch the Villages in Facebook or something? Oh no hope Joe is feeling better soon that’s so scary.

@trooworld I did make muffins, the texture was weird so I popped them in for 5 more minutes and thought they stayed rubbery but I ate one this morning and it was real good. Love the earrings!

@Cornanda Hugs you have me worried about things going on, hope it’s not bad. The kittens are definitely cute for sure! LOL my thumbnail is black from pinching basil at the farm this morning not green!

@littlebabekitty Way to go on an awesome loss!

Hi friends! My sleeping pill is kicking in so this will be short. Went to the farm this morning and made catnip bundles to hang then collected Thai and lemon basil seeds to harvest and trimmed all the reg basil flowers. I got my produce box plus two watermelons (send one home with my nephew) then went to the farmer’s market. Got my fridge cleaned then went to pick up some stuff from the rescue group at Petco, They’ve been feeling rushed to get a few cats out of my house and were talking of them going to not-great situations so I said they’re all doing well here and yeah it’s a lot but I’m fine right now. Six out of seven love being brushed and playing with me, the 7th is finally not hiding thank goodness! Have a great Sunday friends!

@TeresaW2024 Yes ! It is fun to people watch at those concerts. That sounds like a fun retirement community! Is the community you guys live in 50+? Thank you! Oh no! Poor dear Joe! I'm sorry your trick didn't work. What does the doctor say to do when this kind of thing happens? I hope you got your laundry and mopping done. Corn on the cob and zucchini are pretty darned good, too.

    @vegan4lyfe2012 @digger61 @gemwolf110 Way to go , ladies!

@DrewsAnna Beautiful spider plants . Growing up, my mom always had them.

@AustinRuadhain Thank you ! OH gosh, I'm so sorry, I haven't been tracking for like 2 weeks but I forgot to change my signature. YOU are inspiring me to track today! Great job on the treadmill, wow! I hope you enjoyed the night to yourself. :)

@Katmary71 I'm glad you eventually found your muffins good . Thank you! Your farm work is amazing and inspiring! My husband offered to give our Aerogarden to his aunt yesterday at the party and I said, "NO, I use that!" and he started to say "You haven't used it" and I gave him a look and he dropped it lol. I swear! I bet that 7th kitten comes around soon.

Hi all. I know you've heard me complain about my MIL's lack of respect for other people's time, well yesterday took the cake: she wanted to get a few things for the party to take with us, so she asked us to pick her up at the grocery store. We said we would pick her up at 10:00 as we knew she would be a little late as usual, but she knew we had to pick up the ribs at the restaurant at 11. At 9:50, I called her to tell her we were on her way and she said she wasn't even at the store yet. So I said fine, we'll pick you up after we get the ribs. We got the ribs and got to the store and she said, "I'm heading towards the checkout lane" so we thought she would be out in 5 minutes. 20-25 minutes later, she was finally coming out. Keep in mind, we were supposed to be there at noon. Then, she wanted to stop at my BIL's apartment (where she has been staying) and drop off a few things, go to the bathroom, and eat something so she could take some medicine. It was as if she had no idea we were already so late. We finally left at 1:15, we got to the party at 3:00 pm. The party was fine, except I was intimidated by all the people. I ended up calling one of my husband's cousins the wrong name. We didn't get home until 8:45 last night. Lots of time in the car, we listened to "Heart-Shaped Box" by Joe Hill, which is a ghost story (one of my favorites!).

    Tracked yesterday? NO!

@AustinRuadhain , I always have to remind myself that my mom is doing exactly what she wants to do. I think sitting in my bedroom 24/7 sounds horrible, but to her it’s her happy place. To each their own, huh? 😁 Wow, a 10 K on the treadmill is fantastic! 😎

@Katmary71 I watch the Villages on TikTok. The videos of their dancing antics occasionally appear and are hilarious! Maybe search Facebook reels if you don’t use TikTok. I had a dance party with the girls the other day, and all I know is that I would be horrified if a video of me dancing were out there for all the world to laugh at. 😂 I’m glad you are taking care of the kitties and not letting them go to less than perfect conditions. 😺

@trooworld No, our community is not a retirement one. It’s just a regular subdivision with a whole lot of dogs. 😀 Doctors tell me to do what I’m doing and try to get him slowly and get the blood moving before he stands up. He is becoming less and less mobile, and I think that is playing a part in him becoming dizzier more often. You must have been so frustrated with your MIL and her lack of consideration. Is she clueless, or doesn’t care? I hope you have a relaxing day. 🙂

Good morning! Not much going on today. We will watch church on YouTube while I put together our weekly pills. For dinner, I’m thinking of making turkey sandwiches since I need to use up the turkey that's already been opened. I cleaned out my pantry and fridge yesterday, and my goal is to use up the food we have and then figure out a better menu for my weight loss, while also considering what Joe will eat. I really should go Keto or at least very low carb, which has always given me the best results. I often think how great it would be to eat the same dinner every day, just like I do with my lunch. I'm just soooooo lazy!!! 🤣

    Howdy Slims,

Congrats to everyone that lost this week🎉

We got home Monday afternoon from Caprock Canyon. Will trying to post a few more pics this next week from trip. Been doing laundry and cleaning all week. finishing up the camper today. We don't have any trips planned until the last weekend in Sept. Going to Glen Rose, Tx to a bluegrass festival. Not sure if we are going to do anything else this yr.
I have come to a slow in my weight loss. Going to focus a lot more on that while running with hubby to VA dr. appts. this week. Tonight is injection night. I am debating on putting it in my stomach again (not sure how the side effects will be now that I have been on this dose for a few months now). I have been using my thighs due to the side effects for the last month and a half.

    Hi!

I hope it's ok that I pop in to your chat room. It's been over a year since I've been here but I still recognize many of you. I am here because I've let myself make bad eating decisions and need to hold myself accountable for my actions. You have all been so encouraging. My goal is to practice mindful eating habits again. I would like to loose 13 l b. for my stepson's wedding on August 16th. I know I wont be loosing the whole 13 lbs. in a month, that's just unhealthy.

I lost 60 lb. about a year and a half ago. Since then, I have put on 13 lb. I have been consciously eating large portions of food during a single sitting. Sometimes, I use the excuse that I don't want to waste the food and there's not enough to save for leftovers. Or other times, I lie to myself and say "it's not hurting anything". I also have been deliberately eating when I know I'm not hungry. I do this when I'm bored, or upset. I need to start listening to the voices in my head and redirect them towards healthier actions. I will be drinking water before meals to help with overeating. I will replace my mindless snacking with water too. If I feel it is necessary to snack, I will make a deal with myself. I will do 25 sit-ups and then I can have a small snack. I will acknowledge the desire to binge but use distractions to delay the choice to eat. I will also commit to at least 3-30min workouts a week. Finally, I will check in here to keep track of my efforts and whats working and what I could be doing better.

@trooworld Hahaha love you stopping your husband from giving away your Aerogarden! Oh my goodness your MIL is awful! I'm sure if you felt intimidated by the people at the party going super late makes that even worse, I'm so sorry. That makes me sad you're beautiful (inside and out) AND social and fun to be with having you next to me at a party would be a dream come true as I'm kind of awkward unless a favorite topic comes up. I loved Heart-Shaped Box I can't recall if you or Angela recommended it to me ages ago but it's a good one. Is there any polite way to have your MIL call an Uber if she isn't ready?

@TeresaW2024 LOL I hope your videos don't go up on TikTok of you and the girls dancing! My SIL andI used to that with my nephews we had a blast. My parents are in Sun City which is a pretty big retirement community via Del Webb, they really love it there and my Mom's become a socialite playing cards four days a week. We've talked about it before but even while eating fruit cutting out white sugar and bread has made a great difference in my cravings this last week. Enjoy the sandwiches that sounds delicious!

@txcritter69 How are the side effects different if you inject in the tummy is it more likely to cause stomach issues? A bluegrass festival sounds so fun! I always love seeing pictures in this group it's great to see where people arefrom and up to.

@DrewsAnna Lucky hubby I agree with you he is!

GO MISSION SLIMPOSSIBLES IN FIRST PLACE THIS WEEK! Awesome job top losers @littlebabekitty @digger61 @trooworld !

@Veta2018 You are ALWAYS welcome in this chat room even if it's been 5 years! Sounds like you have good ideas for changes to make I look forward toyou being closer to your goal soon. It's great to have you back my friend. And thank you!

@micaroo4 I love the stone idea it would help a lot.

Hi team! My scared kitty is doing better, she's sitting across the room but not BEHIND stuff plus she's eating and doing things now insteadof being in fight-or-flight, the other four like playing and being pet so her NOT coming up is strange, at one point this morning she was about a foot behind the others watching them play with a dangling feather toy and she reared up on her back legs swinging her front legs around like she had to let out the play energy which was the cutest thing ever! I just realized I haven't posted pics of them onhere just on social media. I have a bladder infection kicking in and I'm trying to not go on antibiotics so drinking lots of sour cranberry juice. Been doing mushroom stuff plus got a little cat tree that was being given away, going to spray it with flea spray just incase before putting it in the room. I harvested a bag worth of beans and tomatoes at the community garden. Have a great Monday friends! I'm going with a friend for her DMV test tomorrow, she's been so scared of failing it her license expired and I offered to go as support. Send calm vibes her way tomorrow morning!

    Congrats Slims! Congrats @Katmary71 @littlebabekitty @digger61 @trooworld !!! Woot woot!

@Veta2018 - Glad to see you here, it's the place to be if you are struggling. Someone wise in this group once said something to the effect that if you eat extra food or throw it out—— either way it is wasted- as fat on your body or trash. That one stuck with me. You got this! Your plan is good!

@trooworld - are you sure it's just lack of respect for people's time? Wow- terrible. And you were bringing ribs either to eat right away or they needed to be heated, so it seems this affects lots of people.

@TeresaW2024 - simplifying you meal planning is NOT being lazy girl! You are having lots of scary times with Joe lately, but I'm not telling you anything you don't already know

    @DrewsAnna - Yum!

@txcritter69 - I am also interested in how the different injection sites help the side effects

@Katmary71 - how cute about your shy kitten. I have never had a pet cat and it's fun to hear about all the different personalities. Wishing you well on heading off the bladder infection and calm vibes headed your way

Well, here's news 1- DD found an apartment, signed a lease Friday and is moving out this Saturday. A friend who had said no to being roommates changed her mind, so they were able to get a bit nicer place for less money. That worked well with her bougie taste and small budget. She starts her new job today. DH and I are doing all right, but we hate "endings" so there's some nostalgia feelings present. We are both happy for her- she's very excited and this will be good for her

Congrats to the whole team for achieving 1st place! And woo hoo go @Katmary71 for leading the way ! Shout-outs go to @Digger61 and @littlebabekitty for making it onto the leaderboard .

@TeresaW2024 Does Maggie bark at all the dogs ? Violet loses her mind when she sees dogs outside. I'm sorry Joe is losing his mobility and I'm glad you are following what the doctors say. That must be really scary for him to be declining like this, and heartbreaking. My MIL...she knows what she is doing lol, I think she's always been like this and time is on HER time. I've never experienced her to be on time EVER. I shouldn't have been as surprised as I was lol. My SIL is like that to some degree...she's usually on time but things are HER way. I did have a relaxing day aside from some computer frustrations (knocked out the internet for a bit while cleaning my desk). I hate doing my pills but had to do them yesterday, too. Turkey sandwiches sound nice and easy and good for a Sunday. I couldn't eat the same thing every day but if you can, that makes things easier!

@txritter69 Welcome home ! I hope you had a good time. Good luck with the injection.

@DrewsAnna I hope your pie turns out well . I would hate to de-pit all of those cherries! :)

@18shmoo69 Congrats on the loss !

@Veta2018 Hi it's nice to "see" you again! Welcome back. Good luck you got this!

@micaroo4 Many people in the gem /jewelry industry carry a rough gemstone in their pocket, serving as a "worry stone". Is your worry stone a specific kind of material, or is it literally a rock?

@Katmary71 Congrats on 1st place ! HAHAHA he'd give away our condo if he thought he could get away with it! My MIL is awful lol, at least about time. She's very thoughtful in other ways though. Thank you, yes, I was very intimidated. Aww, you are so sweet! Thank you. I would get us through any party. I'm pretty good with socializing, I used to think I was an introvert but I'm coming to see I am actually an extrovert. It may have been me who recommended Heart Shaped Box, I have read it at least once or twice and love it. No, unfortunately, my husband wouldn't have it (telling her to call an Uber, and besides, she doesn't have a smartphone to do it lol). I just have to lower my expectations. I'm glad the shy kitty is doing better, I knew she'd come around! Ugh, a bladder infection, that sounds painful! I hope it goes away quickly. Cool that you got a free cat tree. I hope the DMV trip goes well.

@Cornanda She's always been like this . Some of it is anxiety, I think. I've never known her to be on time for ANYTHING. Ugh. It did affect a lot of people. BUT...the whole family is like this and they know how she is so I don't think they were surprised. Wow, congrats to your DD and her new roommate! I hope it works out. AND she's starting her new job, lots of changes! I'm glad you are doing okay.

Hi all. I should also say that my MIL, she's not elderly (in case you think I am being impatient with an older lady), she's about 8 years older than me. I was home most of the day yesterday besides morning coffee and grocery shopping. We took the whole weekend off from the gym but will get back at it on Friday. I cleaned off my desk and replaced an older monitor. I am in the process of getting rid of my desktop. I just need to move some files from that to my laptop. Today, I have work and then physical therapy. I'm hoping they will release me from it because my knee is feeling better. I felt like I slept really well last night: I only got up to go to the bathroom once! I usually get up 3-4 times. I know when I went to bed, I was really tired.

Wahoooo on being #1 this week!!! 😎🤩

@Katmary71 Joe and I used to go to a town about 30 minutes away that has a Del Webb community and tour their homes. I even stole a house design once when we were thinking about building our own home. We would have moved there if I had already been retired. Joe didn’t like it because he never liked people his age. I love me some old people! 😂 Ugh, I’m sorry about your bladder infection. I have often had great luck with drinking cranberry juice and lots of water to flush it out. You're a good friend to go to the DMV with your friend. I’m sure she will pass her tests and then you both can celebrate!

@Cornanda Congrats on your DD finding an apartment and starting her new job . I know your mama's heart is so happy for her and also sad that your baby is a grown-up. I hope you and your DH enjoy your alone time together even more. 🙂

@trooworld Maggie barks at all dogs when she's in the house, looking out the window. She has a bark for the ones she despises and another bark for the ones she wants to go out and see. She isn’t as brave when she is outside, but she will stand her ground and kick her little back leg like she is willing to fight. It’s hilarious and super annoying! 😂 My mom is the opposite and will be ready way early and just sit and wait. It used to drive me nuts on Sundays before we left for church, and I would see her 10 minutes early, just sitting there with her little purse in her lap! I’m not saying I run late, but I’m also not saying I’m ever early. 😁

Good morning and happy Monday! We had a good night’s sleep and Joe got up without issue, so yayyyy!! I’m planning to do a workout, get ready, and take Joe up to the church and get that done for the week. When I gave Joe his breakfast, he looked at me and asked, “Will you be working here all day?” I said yes and he said, “Good, because you make delicious food.” It was yogurt with blueberries. 😂

@baodell17724, I thought about you and how you "worked it" before your last weigh-in, and tried to do that, too! And I have been buckling down on food logging ( @trooworld keeps posting reminders — thank you!)

Things that worked this last week: I ate well and on plan and leaned into lots of veggies (big salad dinner on 6 out of 7 days, which is key for me). I logged my food every day. I worked on staying hydrated. And I got plenty of exercise. My total distance (wak, jog & hike) was 32.49, which was better than the previous week. Yay! Part of that breakthrough was a 6 mile walk/jog (10K) on the treadmill on Saturday. I also went out hiking with my husband on Sunday.

The Sunday hike was such a treat. It was a little over 2.5 miles. The nature watching was great fun. We saw quite ten or so Texas spotted whiptail lizards, some adult and some juvenile. I heard some birds I have never seen or heard before. After I got home, I realized one was likely a painted bunting. I saw him from below and in shadow. I could see the red chest and dark head, but no view of the flashy wings. I am going to go back and see if hanging out in one of the bird blinds for a while lets me get a better view of one.

Onwards to this week! I want to do well. I am itching to get to 205 before my next board meeting on Aug. 9.

@micaroo4 - I like the stone in the pocket idea.

@Katmary71 - Thank you, It's good to be back. Cute kitten story.

@Cornanda - It can be hard when the kids move out. I think I felt a little of the empty nest syndrome when mine moved out on their own.

@baodell17724 - Great article. I really like water.

@trooworld - My mom is always late too. She doesn't mean to be disrespectful. She's just not organized and doesn't plan her time well. We tried tell her things start an hour early, but that didn't always work…lol

@AustinRuadhain - I enjoy nature watching too. I've seen many Texas spotted whiptail lizards, when were splitting firewood. I sometimes make a joke that I feel like Snow White because of all the different birds and animals I see crossing through my backyard.

I spent too much couch time yesterday and I didn't need to eat the slice of zucchini bread before bed.

    Good Morning slimSlims,

Congrats @Katmary71 for earning first place and @littlebabekitty, @digger61, and @trooworld WTG!!!

@Veta2018 welcome back sounds like you are ready to make it happen.

@DrewsAnna yummy now I want cherry pie.

@Katmary71 and @Cornanda when I was moved up from .25 to .5 I injected it in my tummy and I had nausea and a sour stomach for 3 to 4 days. I did this for about 3 weeks on the 4th week I did it in my thigh. I had no side effects but it did not help with the hungry feeling as well. I did continue to lose for the next 4 weeks putting the injection in my thigh. The 3rd box( which has 4 injections) I did not really lose any. Which is some my fault. I have not been accountable for my eating. I am now on my 4th box and did my 2nd injection last night in my stomach and so far so good. No bad side effects. Since we have been back home I have been watching what I eat and tracking.

Mondays game plan is an upper body workout and continue to track all meals.
    Have a great day.

    Hi 👋

The pie came out great. I learned a valuable lesson yesterday. I need a cherry pitter… that was a tedious job and I'm not doing it by myself again. Lol… did I mention the pie is great.

Every Monday, I set up hubby's and my medications for the week. So, besides that, I'm not really sure what my plan is for today. Hubby is making bacon (homemade), I can't wait to try that. I'll post a picture after awhile.

    Y'all have a great day 😀
