I completed three cycling challenges today all on one 25 mile bike ride: 😁
▪ July Ride to 200 - Do 200 km of cycling July 13- 26
▪ July Weekend 40K - Do a 40 km cycling activity July 25-27
▪ Beat Yesterday Pro Ride 2025 - Do cycling activities on 10 of 14 consecutive days,
increasing each ride by at least 10 minutes
That leaves me with the following challenges yet to complete:
▪ July Time to Ride - Do 20 hours of cycling in July -- 92% complete
▪ Gregory Hiking Challenge - Do 4 hiking activities of at least 3 miles each -- 75% complete
▪ July Epic Hikes - Do 1,000 m. of total ascent during hiking activities -- 94% complete
▪ July Intense Cardio - Do 3+ hours of cardio activities in HR zone 3 -- 90% complete
▪ July Time to Swim - Do 4 hours of swimming in July -- 61% complete
▪ July Gains - Do four hours of strength activities -- 66% complete
▪ July Step Month - 300,000 steps in July -- 85% complete
▪ USA Summer Hiking - Do 50 hours of hiking in the USA 6/20-8/14
— only 18.4% complete, so I'm dropping out of this one.🙂🙂🙂

Hi Everyone: I just emailed an invite to join Wednesday's 7:30 pm Zoom meeting to discuss Atomic Habits. If you didn't get the email, please let me know. I didn't realize that Zoom meetings have a 40 minute time limit, so we'll have to be efficient :) If we want to go longer for future meetings, I can use another platform (Google has one that doesn't have a time limit).

7/27-10,697 woke up late so had to miss my morning workout, then had a bbq for my sons birthday, by the time everyone left at 9pm, I was only at 8000 steps, so did a quick mile walk on the treadmill (it wasn't quick, I threw on sandles and walked a mile, it was rough since it was past my bedtime ha)
